Chaiiwala in Leicester

Slow service , Alu pratha is very small, channel does not look fresh and I was waiting for my tea 20 mins even the shop was not busy .

I visit this branch 4 times in a week, Taste of karak chai was different every time, today i told them about this. Instead of sorry i got nice reply from the staff "Different chef different taste".

Their staff is no doubt best but one thing noticeable they used to give tap water to customer, now suddenly staff manager told not to give tap water anymore. This sounds really ridiculous behaviour.

First time visit there. Small cosy place, trying their Chai Latte the best one. Good service. Very reasonable prices. i must try their food next time coz its smell make me feel mouthwatering 😋

During this crazy pandemic, my only highlight of a walk out into town has been to pick up a chaiwala. Today I went in and had the best surprise. They've got VEGAN options! YaY! (They're using oat milk) I had myself a vegan golden chai that they were trying out. What can I say the tumeric wasn't over powering, it was sweet and creamy too. I also ordered a chippy bitty which I wolfed down without a picture.! Definitely excited for their new menu items!

Best Tea I've had. Lovely little place very polite and patient staff.Very popular with locals and gets busy every few often, there wraps are very nice not to mention the masala chips.

Came here on Christmas day before going to a family dinner. We had travelled from London and we ordered breakfast here.The area manager Mr Ali welcomed us with a beautiful festive spirit and served us the most authentic Indian food and Indian Tea.We tried the Pau Baji, veg roll and Bombay sandwich and some dessert.The quality of the food was amazing and I can honestly say He made this a wonderful experience.Friendliness, quality of food and quality of service provided is the reason I would like to give this a 10/10.Thankyou to the area manager, Mr Ali

Visited this place for the first time as we were new to Leicester. Their kadak chai was good though the serving size was a tad too little for the price charged. Had the Mumbai sandwich as well, while the taste was good, the portion was again too small. Saw that they have a couple of innovative Indian- Western twist on cheesecake and nutella crepe which makes it appeal to the Britishers.

My wife and I stopped here for coffee and chai (for me) and the karak coffee is some of the best we have ever tasted! Seriously. The karak chai was also amazing! On top of all of that, we were equally amazed by the desi breakfast, with a masala omelette (incrediblly yummy) and wonderfully spicey masala beans, plus we ordered both a side of rotis and parathas. One of our favorite breakfasts on our visit!
