Chilli Flames in Leicester

Food is good from here but two things are always an issue. The customer service is zilch. They all just have a sad face on and don't attempt to greet you! Secondly they still don't take Card payments! It's such a pain and that's why I'll stop going here now.

The food is good however as the shop does not accept card payments, it has caused drug addicts to walk in whilst you are paying and ask for your change. They target chilli flames customers and intimidate them to give cash. Normally I don't mind paying in cash but if this is the result, I no longer want to come to chilli flames until they take a card payments too. I don't understand why every other chilli flames in the UK takes card payments but the first one ever does not. It has ruined my customer experience on more than one occasion. For that reason, I do not enjoy the food anymore and will refuse until a card system is in place.

Food is nice, but there need to start card payments

Literally love this place! The food is 10/10 so yummyyyy! Always my go to for takeaway or eat in . Staff are so friendly and always offer great service . Loaded fries and flames original burger is the best!!!

Cash only, decent chicken nothing amazing but still okay. I got the double chicken burger and it was just right. This is a popular place to eat at in Leicester. Staff were helpful, gave us hand wipes as there is no area for hand washing for customers. Shame there are no customer toilets.

Fresh food, generally takes fifteen mins for orders. Worth making a phone order. Can get busy. Definitely recommend the loaded fries or chicken salad.

4.99 loaded fries are worth the money. Very Nice sweet and spicy medium hot.Good amount of chips and chicken cheese and sauce.Satisfying and filling.

They advertise 4.99 3.99 2.99 etc but won't give you your change they just round it up to suit them. They never have pennys in the till. What a sham owned by muslims as well. No barkaat in the food when you steal. 1p 2p 3p may not seem like a lot but stealing is stealing. Its a shame because the food is peng! What about all the money you stole over the many years of operation, they should have a penny jar with a title on it saying stolen money returned to rightful owner. Wallahi muslims dont know their deen and are clearly jahil when they doing these practices. May Allah protect us from hypocrisy. Aameen
