They overcharge when you pay. They give you the take away menu for eat in and then they charge way more without telling you (maybe by 15%) . The guy said it’s because we are and he needs to give us plates, but that is not mentioned anywhere! Also the deal we bought said that we should get a 1.5l of coke instead we got only 2 small cans of 330ml each.. so definitely got short changed at this place! Food was ok, but with this kind of treatment they will definitely lose customers

Amazingly delicious with good portion chillie chicken chips

Edited::: chilli flake, you clearly are lying by saying someone told me that prices have changed. Are you for real? And exactly. On the phone nobody asked me about the saucy or dry. He simply said "saucy Manchurian" when he repeated the order and just made it up. Stop lying there are already no customers at your shop. This isn't going to do you any good. People are watching these reviews. My dad picked up our takeaway literally few minutes ago. Earlier I went to the shop to collect their menu after asking the person in charge and he said nothing about the menu being outdated. When my dad collected the food, the guy charged him 3 pounds more!!! And said that the menu your daughter took was outdated! Why the hell didn't he say that when I asked him if I could take the menu?! Also, when placing the order on the phone, he didn't ask whether I wanted Manchurian dry or saucy and decided himself that I wanted saucy?! Appalling service! Wouldn't ever order again!!!

Ordered the food for collection later. Got there on time and pizza’s were cold and chips were soggy and cold. Paneer was Luke warm. He forgot to make the garlic bread and forgot to give me my bottle of drink. Very poor service

Came pass this hidden gem last night, was welcomed by the manager in very good manner who recommended many things for my vegetarian diet. I made a choice of pannier vegetarian pizza. Wow where do i start? Base was really nice with nice crunch and soft inside. I asked for it to spicy so he said he will use house base sauce which tastes really nice, never tried such nice base sauce. They used fresh ingredients which i seen them chopping to put in pizza. Im writing this review next day as im eating the remaining pizza and still it tastes really nice. I think iv found the what i been searching for in pizza. Will always get my pizza from here bow. Keep up the good work and see you soon.

I found Chilli Flake whilst working in Leicester. Having seen really good reviews online,I decided to give it a try. I was greeted on arrival by a really friendly gentleman who made some brilliant suggestions as I browsed the menu.I decided to go for spicy chips with chicken, Keema curry, chilli rice and salt and pepper chicken. The food was flavourful and the spice tailored nicely to my preference. I was pleased to detect natural flavours as opposed to artificial flavouring. In speaking to the chef, it was apparent that he took a lot of pride in his food and he was certainly right to!Thanks for a great meal and hope to visit again.

Firstly, the food is SOO GOOD! Me and my family have been going to this establishment since it was opened, they have a humongous range of food on their menu that covers from curry’s to authentic pastas and surprisingly even some Chinese foods.Secondly, if you are a talkative person this is the place to go. This is because the owner of the restaurant is willing to have a long conversation with you, EVEN WHEN HE IS MAKING THE FOOD!! (Obviously the quality of the food is not impacted). Finally, Prices. The food offered at Chilli Flake comes at a good price for example £5 for REAL Italian pasta and £5.50 for a tasty chicken tikka masala. So if you would like food that will SIZZLE your taste buds, that is not made weeks in advance and warmed up in a microwave like other “restaurants” Chilli Flake is the way to go.Aryan.

Best chilli fries on Melton road !!

I order on a regular basis and delivery is always a problem but I accept it due to the traffic in Leicester this time the delivery was prompt but the food let us down asked the chicken tikka to be mild for my 3 year old son it was spicy when I rang back the OWNER said dont worry I will sort next time.... i rang back to order a pizza the OWNER said no problem he has a delivery in Hamilton then be with you.Awesome then the driver came asking for £2.50 so I paid then rang back speaking to the OWNERS SON he said I should of said not spicy I repeated the order 3 times.and was told OkAS I PERSON BEEN IN THE TRADE FOR 16 YEARS NOT THE BEST SERVICE OR PHONE MANURES...

Ordered from here via Just Eat. Delivery took ages, apparently the driver got delayed due to a road closure on Loughborough Road. Ordered the Special Option 2. The garlic bread looked like the supermarket variety rather than the pizza takeaway variety. The pizza was a tikka paneer, which was very nice. The chilli chips tasted good but were a bit under cooked for my liking. The drink bottle was warm rather than chilled. There was a delivery charge of £2 and a service charge of 50p which wasn't waived, nor was a discount offered for being over 40 minutes late.
