Multiple missing items, paid for extra ice cream and that never arrived either. Cookie dough awful, nothing like any cookie dough I've ever had before, more like stale cake than cookie dough. Oreo ice cream sundae, flavourless. Really really disappointed after spending all the money we did ordering via deliveroo. Absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately won't be ordering again. After paying £26, wouldn't recommend order creams for delivery, hopefully they are better when you sit in.

Was just ok, not horrible at all but not great. Way overpriced. 2 kids with us, had waffles and ice cream, kids didn't like the waffles, they prefer the ones from aldi. We must have ordered the wrong things, looked really plain and boring in comparison to some of the photos on Google. Staff were friendly, the place was nice, a lot to choose from on the menu. But just silly money for what you get. I had cookie dough and ice cream, the flavour was nice but very sickly. You can get a meal plus a good dessert for less money at lots of other places. We won't return sorry.

Good desserts with plenty to choose from! Staff were really friendly and orders came out fast. Plenty of booths to sit down and enjoy having an special treat.

Service was quick and the desserts were delicious 😋 will definitely go back to try more items.

Only put one star because I couldn’t put zero they took forever to make my order over an hour for cookie dough and crepes and left the rest of my order undelivered just told the delivery manager to tell me my order is short but still took my money and won’t answer the phone. Doorstep desserts or heavenly desserts are better alternatives. They really need a no star ranking.

I'm a regular customer. I went to the place with my wife and she is wearing niqab. it was nearly empty. I asked the waitress that i want to be seated in some where that i can have some privacy so my wife could eat. She refused because those tables are for 4 person not 2. The place was was mostly empty. Yet she refused. She seated us in a small table literally less in 50cm from another table. THE PLACE WAS NEARLY EMPTY. i refused and lift. The place has a good ice cream and i have been there many times and i recommend it to everybody but not anymore after this poor service.

Ice cream here was the best I've ever had. I'm recommending this place to everyone. Sadly, I couldn't get water as it costs £2.50! Quite expensive. But, overall it was a fabulous experience. I'm coming back again definitely!
