Domino's Pizza in Leicester

Love dominos pizzas.though bit pricey but taste is excellent and worthy of buying.

Nothing to complain about there taste service. Always domino’s do there best for there customers.

The staff here are rude and couldn't care about your food in the slightest I phoned up to ask for lighter sauce on the base of the pizza got the phone put down on me repeatedly and they then refused to answer to my number ,please pull your head out of your arses joke !

Ordered a margarita pizza. Came and it was burnt. Called the restaurant. Told them and no apologie he said that's how our pizzas are. Ask for his name. He said his not allowed to give. He said I can send another pizza which will take 25-30 minutes.. At that time kids would have eaten something else.. Would I order again.. Probably not.. Pizzas dont taste the same as they used to.

Ordered food, said it had been delivered, idiot on the phone said he'd tried to deliver it and was at the door ignoring the fact the whole building is covered in surveillance and between this gentleman and the driver; they have the only two phones that couldn't reach mine apparently- and haven't received a refund yet either.

Nice pizza, all freshly made, quick and efficient service. Cookies was nice as well just flavour wise I would prefer milk or white chocolate taste over the strong cocoa.

I placed an order with a card I have had for 10+ years and they cancelled it without informing it due to “fraud” which is absolutely ridiculous. I was only informed after I called an hour later. When I called, a young male answered and very rude and dismissive. Will not be ordering from this store again. Cannot believe a well known company has such disgusting staff. I ordered food from another place and the staff was more than happy to help and we got our food promptly. Moral of the story- always support smaller businesses and the bigger ones do not have any care for their customer service.

Very disappointing service. Placed an order, I tracked my order it was keep saying it’s in prep for 1:23 minutes. Rang them many times . No one picks up. If you are hungry and want quick food don’t order it from here unless you are planning your party for next day.

Absolutely Horrendous experience!I had ordered 3 vegetable pizzas, since I eat according to strict dietary laws; halal food.Since dominos isn’t halal, I decided to order vegetable pizzas.They arrived well on time just as I expected. I was eating with family so I ordered 3 13-inch pizzas. Whilst eating, I realised that I was eating pepperoni meat instead of mushrooms which was supposed to be on my pizzas.Supposedly it is probably a delivery error when dropping off pizzas, or human error, but this is one of the worst experiences I have had.

Considering I live about 5 minutes away (on foot) I don't know how these pizzas were so utterly destroyed by the time they were delivered to my flat, worst pizza delivery I have ever seen. The saving graze was that we kept them and the redelivered fresh pizzas for free, no arguing from the staff, almost as if they knew how bad the first attempt was before we even complained. The fresh pizzas were as expected, decent!
