Excellent food as you can expect from a good Turkish Restaurant 😋.+ No long waiting for food+ Tasty food+ Friendly staff, however it did seem like they were over staffed at one point. Kept being asked the same thing by different staff members.- Parking can be an issue around here, but we went in the evening and it was fine.- Prices were a bit on the upper quartileWould I come here again? Yes

One of the best restaurants in Leicester. Such a delicious food, big portions, always fresh. And staff- we've been there quite a few times and they always been nice and polite. Can't say anything bad about Efes at all! Very highly recommended.

It's definitely the best Turkish in Leicester. I went to efes twice in one week as I enjoyed it so much. The meat is so juicy and tender. The flavours were immaculate, and the staff were lovely. If you haven't already been, go and try it!!!

I am a regular customer here and the food was always amazing however around one and a half months I came in the restaurant and ordered a mix shish. It wasnt cooked properly and left me with a disappointing experience whereas yesterday(Saturday) i came in and decided to give it another chance. I ordered the exact same thing however this time the food was how it used to be-amazing! The presentation of the food was very appetizing and I will definitely be coming again.

Nice place, possibly the only open to have dinner on Christmas night. We ordered lamb iskandar and they brought us kofte (lamb minced instead of lamb cubes). The lamb kofte was nicely grilled but very intensive flavour of lamb like it didn't have enough spices. The fresh bread with olives and sauces was the hit. Good bar also. Watch out what you are ordering if you are not exactly sure what it is.

My husband and I went and were very delighted with the staff, they are friendly and helpful. Having said that, the food fine. The grilled meat was good but that was about it. We ordered the grape leaves, an eggplant with potato starter, hummus and mixed grill for one. We weren’t full afterwards, but decided against ordering more food. The grape leaves comes in 4 pieces and tasted as though they were canned and the hummus’s texture wasn’t smooth enough. The bill was 40 pounds including a can of Pepsi. Overall, I don’t think I will return, but the grilled meat pieces really were good

Food was nice and tasty and the service was good but they sat us next to a large open door on a cold night so the food didn't stay hot for long
