We were very excited to come and have a “late champagne breakfast” which is what we had made our reservations for. Came in and we’re seated with the lunch menu and not the brunch menu, no big deal. I had ordered the Eggs Royale, and to be fair it was quite nice BUT my partner had finished his food before I had and our waitress came by and asked “is everything alright” we both replied yes and she then proceeded to clear both of our plates, even though there was a significant amount of food on my plate I had yet to eat. She had most definitely not asked if I had finished or if I was still eating more. Didn’t even get the opportunity to say anything. I was quite upset, but didn’t say anything after the fact. My partner politely let one of the servers know what had happened and a different person, I’m assuming the one of duty managers came by and very rudely told us that if I had still wanted to food I would have said it instead of her colleague clearing my plate. There was no need for any attitude or rudeness as we were just making the server aware of the situation. This interaction and situation took at 5/5 experience and turned it into a “I’m never going back there 1/5” experience.

Really lovely attentive staff in the champagne bar and a great selection drinks. Really reasonable price for the quality and lovely atmosphere. Feels like going on holiday!

A stunning experience as always. Service, food, atmosphere and everything in-between was absolutely amazing. Never, ever disappoints!

·

Superb food, as always, and I've been coming here for 20 years. Perfect social distancing, always spacious without tables crammed in, so in current times feels really safe.

Great evening! It is one the best restaurants in Leicester! The team are friendly, very professional and highly efficient. The chef has created a great menu and delivered wonderful food. The vegan menu was extensive and the best our vegan had seen for a while!Maxine our waitress ensured we never went thirsty and looked after us above and beyond. Compliments to all and we look forward to our next visit.

Eight of us ate here after my wedding, and everything was great. The food and wine were excellent, as was the service. The restaurant did everything possible to make it a memorable occasion.

As usual had a great bottle of champers in the Case champagne bar, had a very friendly welcome from a familiar member of staff. Very good to be back after a few years away and can't wait to return again.

I went here recently with my colleagues. Right from the start, you could sense that they knew what they were doing. We were a table of 14 and we had the private room upstairs. We were all sent an accept or decline invitation via email with the option to preorder your meal. We all had little place cards with our names and menu selections on it, that way, nobody's orders were mixed up. The ambience was very nice. The decor had some vintage features to it. There were a lot of fresh flowers which added style to the decor. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and enjoyable. My cod was cooked just right. The only thing was the toilet was oddly arranged and could be very difficult for someone with a disability. Overall, very nice posh place with tasty food. I will definitely be back here. If you are in Leicester, this is one place you should visit.

Really enjoy coming to the Case they have such a nice environment and dinning experience. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have really been careful with the social distancing measures they have in place. The food is always good, brilliantly presented and very tasty, and as expected a hugh selection of champagne and drinks. It might not be the cheapest place around but it's worth a visit and every penny. Portion sizes are good and food is filling.
