Grizzlers in Leicester

Travelled all the way from London on route to Manchester however the customer service wasn't that great. Had to ask twice for the table to be cleaned as it was dirty however they just looked at me in a funny way. They then eventually came and cleaned it. Doesn't take much to put on a smile and pay attention to customers request. However the juicy Lucy and classic burger were really good. The wings wasn't that great and a overpriced as it was smothered with too much sauce and it was a bit hard and you can tell its not fresh. The sauce kind of hides the fact that it's old chicken that's been grilled with loads of sauce to make it look fresh. Wouldn't go out my way to come hear especially with the not soo good experience.

Really Really disappointed! Placed an order on champions league night final night which I appreciate it going to be a very busy time. Our order was £70 and we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately it was obvious that it was rushed! Their roast chicken use to be one of the best around. This time is was completely dry and burnt with no sauce in there. I'm afraid that will be my last time I will be ordering from Grizzler. The phones are switched off so can't even speak to anyone about it. I guess the standards drop when you become too busy, but we pay the same.

First time trying this place and got the juicy Lucy (beef version) and I’m disappointed with it. Everyone hyped it up too much but I’d only rate it like a 5/10. However, the wings and chips were very nice, I’d deffo order the wings and maybe try another burger but the juicy Lucy just wasn’t it for me.

Appauling service. We ate in asked for our drink 10x the boy on the counter just ignored me and said its coming. Finished our food and never even got our full order. Had to ask for a refund like 3x lol never going back. Food isnt evrn nice go five akhis instead.

The food is well worth the price you are paying. I highly recommend the Juicy Lucy burger meal!

Me and my mates used to go here quite a lot on an evening. The food was great and you could tell the owners cared. But we've attempted to dine here now on two occasions recently with no success. We went in the restaurant to eat when it's advertised to be open. We were told we can't eat in the restaurant both times. They told us they were closing in 15 minutes as well. But there were other groups eating in the restaurant, and the opening hours advertised they were open for another 45 minutes.It's a pity because this place used to be one of my top recommended places in Leicester but no more.

The food in this place is just wow. I was visiting a friend in the city so he took me to Grizzlers recommend we have the juicy Lucy with sweet potato fries. I have to say it’s up there with one of the best burgers I’ve had the flavour was on point, the melting cheese was just perfectly running over on to the bun. The staff are polite & accommodating. I will definitely returning next time I’m in the city..

Fantastic food. We chose this place simply on their good reviews. Burgers were fat and juicy, peri chips were perfect, peri wings were hot exactly how we like it.Peri peri chicken I didn't have but my companions enjoyed it.Highly recommend this place my only issue was their phone line wasn't working. We planned to order ahead and then pick it up but unfortunately we had to go and order then wait about 20 mins.

It was the best experience I've had ever, The burger was very delicious especially the signature burger (Juicy Lucy) it was perfect on the test and aptly named, I wish you all the best and I wish to seeing a lot of branches around the world not UK only 👌🏻😊Atmosphere: 7/10Service: 8/10Taste:9/10
