Hong Kong Takeaway in Leicester

Ordered crispy shredded beef in cantonese sauce along with the rest of my order. When it came it was sliced beef. We decided to call as there was also another issue with the order. Explained to the lady answering the phone that we have not received what we ordered. She informed me that it was her mistake for not tell us that we were not able to have crispy shredded beef in cantonese sauce. However, she was not willing to do anything about it. Despite her admitting she was at fault we still had to have/pay for a dish that we didn't order. What happened to customer serive!! Won't be ordering again.

If you have a food allergy avoid this place like the plague. They don't care. They are rude.

Excellent customer service provided over the phone when placing a delivery order. Food very good also, decent range of vegetarian options including paneer dishes

My second try love love the crispy beef the most. Will be trying more dishes for sure.

Had our take away delivered a hour ago and the sweet and sour sauce was missing. I rang them up to tell them and was told they were to busy to deliver it and if i wanted it i would have to go to the shop and pick it up even though they forgot it. They have lost a regular customer.

Would have given 0 stars if I could. Just had a takeaway delivered. Firstly they said it was going to be 45 mins to an hour and after a phone call it arrived over 1 hour 20 mins. Once we checked the food some of it was cold. Also we ordered a large portion of chips and recieved half a paper bag extremely small portion. We called back to be told we should have ordered 2 portions. The person who answered the phone was rude and before I could tell him the food was cold he put the phone down on me. We will not be ordering again.

Placed the order at 17.40 at 19.00 I called to ask about my order ? ..it arrived 19.20 . Luke warm and spring rolls cold and hard. They have just lost a local customer Also no sauce in the chop suey dish , just water from bean sprouts , also no mushrooms , and there were onions that I had asked to be taken out. All in the bin as you can not warm up prawns , just ordered from another local take away , money down the drain and hong kong do not care, or have even got back to me

Great food . Crispy shreaded chicken. Crispy lamb in Mongolian sauce and special fried rice. Yummy

Hong Kong New Open Kitchen will be closed between Monday 1st - Sunday 14th April 2019. Will re-open on Monday 15th April at 5pm and as usual thereafter.

Amazing food here will not use anyone else around.Friendly staff and fast delivery.Kitchen is soMuch better now you can see them cooking!Beef and black bean is my favourite and notOnly that they use proper fresh chicken in there fried rice.So nice!!!!! 6****** from me WELL DONE HONG KONG.
