Ordered delivery from this place today. The food in general was ok, but the amount of pancakes for £9 was hilarious. Also the ice cream tasted like the machine itself and you could taste it in the milkshake too. I’m dissappointed.

I don’t know what happened with the chocolate cake… but it tasted of flour as though it wasn’t mixed properly and it was such a wet mixture that it literally just fell apart! Really really grim and had to dispose of it. I normally love this place too!

It was good, but not happy with the payment options. These days normal shops are going cashless and accepting card payment. But Johnny Custard are going backwards, they have stopped taking card payments. Not happy. I had to go al the way to get cash.

I had a great experience here, staff were friendly and good at serving customers quickly. Custard treat was great and very generous as seen in the pic. Needless to say the custard with both deserve was hot and delicious.My friends sticky toffee pudding was a little too sweet for him and it was cash only but these are Minor complaints compared to the terrible experience I had at Creams (a similar venue), this was FAR better.

I'd give this place a 4.5 if I could. Can't fault the food, it was delicious. No music, made the place a bit souless. Cash only was inconvenient but I'm sure the owner has his/her reasons for it.

A lovely dessert bar to visit with a nice selection of sweet treats and drinks. The decor is nice na dthe staff are friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Great customer service and food! I went here for my sons birthday and the staff pulled out all the stops! They presented his food amazing and they made all the effort to make him feel special. I love the cookie dough with lotus biscof!

Great place to get desserts. The ice cream flavour choice is limited, but the the desserts are very good and they'll do substitutes as well if you don't like something.
