jungle club in Leicester

we've been coming here for the last few years, just reopened after covid with new team of chefs. absolutely fantastic, soft play great for kids, good beer and great staff. the food was top notch, great depth of flavour in grills and curry. reasonable price.the new owner was really friendly chap and the girl running the bar was super nice. give it a go, you won't be disappointed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and my toddler have just come back from here today. Omg we had a great time, the soft play is great & very cheap to get in & the food looks amazing with all snacks behind the woman! £3 for one hour couldn't believe how cheap it was thank you for such a brill time, we will 1000 per cent be coming back , and hopefully fingers crossed having my daughters 3rd party there!!! The staff was so polite and friendly, nice atmosphere thefe aswell and nice & clean xx

Nice vintage place had a great time with well organised function

Very good place for entertainment but sadly had a run in with 2 staff was not happy with the service if I go again will ask for manager first.

The whole building was very clean and was decorated well, some rooms were quite dark but there were many parties on at the time. My daughter said the soft play was brilliant. Toilets were clean and well managed. I was here for a children's birthday party so cannot comment on the speed of service but the buffet we were served was very tasty!

Good for kids birthday parties. My five year old had loads of fun. Her friends enjoyed the play area. I would recommend hiring a private area over the weekend as it gets overcrowded in the common area and hard to track your guests.

Nice place the ambiance and food was awesome. Nice play area for kids and adults.. would love to visit with family and friends many times..I like the appearance the most..

Brace yourself for the worst customer service experience of your life.Waited 1hr 20 for food. No apology or communication on the delay. At the 50min mark I had to ask for an ETA as children were getting cranky... got no communication back until I had to ask again.Items missing from the order when it came, waiters asking us to confirm what we had or didn't have rather than reconciling it themselves.Got billed for things we hadn't received at all in the end.Food was ok in fairness but attitude stunk... they just couldn't careless.When we said we were not paying the full bill they suggested that we should have sympathy for them as they had just received a delivery. When this fundamental aspect of managing a business became the customers problem I am not sure. They took off one dish on the total bit still no remorse or apology of the service.Everyone has off days but you need to communicate, be sincere and try and make up for service failing in what is "a service" business. And don't avoid eye contact with patrons! At one point they walked on past as we fed kids crisps while they waited to be fed.We were not the only customers on the night in this situation, saw at least 2 others complaining of the same thing to staff... also getting no response. And it was not anywhere near capacity.

We went to an event organised at the Jungle Club, and were appalled by the mean, stingy and rude attitude of the owner and catering department of this venue. The photo gives an example of the advertised 'dessert', which was supposed to be Gajar Halwa and Ice cream. As you can see, the Halwa portion is microscopic and would hardly fit a teaspoon. The food that was available was rationed worse than a prison in a third world country. We were called to be served main course in 3 groups. The third group did not get any chicken or lamb, but just had gravy with their Naan. They clearly hadn't prepared enough food for the numbers booked for the partly. To top it all the guy at the bar (the middle aged white chap) was extremely rude and arrogant. Never going back again. If it is possible to give negative stars, I would.

Good place for a beer or food.inexpensive, atmospheric, ample free parking.
