KFC in Leicester

Food served very quickly. Clean and the staff were very helpful.

Poor quality, found a bone in a fillet burger and the staff said “ should I make you a new one “ dosent even just go and get a new one. Plenty of things missing from the order, poor quality, poor service

The classic for when I'm craving fried chicken, always so good and delivery is really quick as well. Chicken is always on point, fries are really good, and surprisingly the mashed potatoes are really good as well.

Very poor ,no plates given with a dine in meal,2 packets of sale for four bags of fries. No wet wipes given out and most definitely needs a deep clean.

I love KFC and I haven’t had one for a couple of years so I was very much looking forward to getting one today as I was near but I was extremely disappointed!! Both me and my husband got a £3.49 Wow bucket I think it was called. The chips still has potato skin on and the bun was super soggy! The drum stick was the worst I’ve ever had! I always say the chips are the best and obviously how tasty the chicken is but today was NASTY!!

One of the worst KFC that I have ever been to. Having been a KFC chef 14 years ago when studying my MSc, I am surprised to see how slow the staff here is. The floor is super busy in golden lunch time and the serving speed is unbelievably slow - they should have some self service machine to help with the long queue. Food looks dark burnt and dry (maybe too much food is cooked upfront to help coping with the pressure instead of just in time when needed. Middle and cashier is slow in serving resulting in food being left for long time in warming cabinet or in machine = darker looking and dry taste). The KFC in Fosse Park is much better, nearly three times faster and food is cooked to just right, juicy and golden (also during golden lunch time)

Shocking service! Do not order from this KFC! I’ve placed an order today received half the order only! Spoke to management regarding this issue and he was hardly any help just said there’s nothing he can do other than give me 15%off my next order to which I explained that I would not be ordering from here ever again! In the end I had to order through Deliveroo again just for them too resend the rest of my order costing me a further £7! All in all I’ve spent almost £50 on 14 pieces of chicken. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Ordered through uber eats and most of the food was cold and unappetising. They also missed out parts of the order. Rang the restaurant and they apologised but didn't really have a reasonable solution and asked for us to go back through uber eats as if KFc had no responsibility for the poor quality food produced at extortionate prices. Will never catch me buying any KFC products again as they are rip offs and not worth my hard earned money. Think KFC has had its time now and need to sit back and reevaluate the poor service and quality of food they provide. Shameful l.

Staff member was lucky she was female or she would have been without a jaw... staff seriously need some customer service coaching.. Will not be visiting here with my small daughter again.

This KFC store is one of the best I have ever been to. The customer service is great, and the quality of the food follows KFC standards! The fries were good, the burgers were crispy, which I enjoyed. One of the great things about this KFC is that I know how to order and carry on my day quickly. The service is quick about 15 minutes, but it mostly depends on the queue.My only complaint regarding the service is that they rush you sometimes and it does not allow you to take your time and choose what you want. You may not be able to wait with them, so plan ahead as you will be waiting in the queue.
