Kfc in Leicester

All food is not good quality, there is only the half we ordered, the taste was dead like if it was cooked 2/3 days go, the cost doesn't compare with the quality of food , the chicken was raw and some of it had hair on it

For a Sunday lunchtime I thought it was quite quiet in store but I am not complaining as it seemed very clean and didn't have to wait long for the food. Will venture in again if I am in town

People that worked today (thursday, 7/7/22) deleted my oder (9087)i did online and never gave it to me. Lost 9£ if it was not a billion dollar companyi would probably calm the police but let them have it. They’re thieves one way or another. Gives a reason not to buy unhealthy food. Please Fire all at the desk serving. Bunch of liars and destroy your company. And from what i read on other reviews other staff could be in to be fired as well.

Order was wrong when I brought it up with them they gave me one chicken breast, we paid for ice cream then they didn't have them so gave us beans to make up for it??? Staff looked as if they didn't want to work, and when the lady asked the manager to help her he first ignored her and then shouted what at her across the shop floor. Looked like she would of been treated better by the pigeons on the street than him.

Food quality is as good as u may find in any kfc, but the place is not clean enough… had a dine in for almost half an hour and dint see anybody cleaning the tables despite some left over food at the table. We ate at a dirty table unfortunately.

I went yesterday with my school friends and teachers and I enjoyed it , it tasted Bute ,staff very polite food was lovely it tasted really nice first time I had mini fillets and It won’t be my last it was very clean I had a mighty bucket for one and it all tasted very nice 👍 👍 😊 😊

I was expecting a lot more than this when you call it a feast for one and charge £7 for it. Complete rip off. Look at the tiny portions they give you. The food isn't amazing too considering the price and you've got to add salt to it for flavour. Find a place that won't leave you hungry or rip you off.

I don’t get why there are children everywhere... like go to a playground kids😭 AND the machine thingies you can complete your order don’t give you your receipt, it’s way more crowded and serve cold food unfortunately:(. But respect to ppl in fast food industry, it must be more exhausting to work there than a costumer💀

The chicken wings were fried too dark and tasted strongly burnt, not the first time I've had such wings.

They are back again after huge maintenance. The food is very average.This is a very basic fries and not even tasty.They charge you for any sauce and there is no sauce comes with the strips.Overall, KFC Leicester is so overrated.
