Lucky Dragon in Leicester

I've been a regular here for coming up 7 years. The food is fantastic, portion is quite big so you can always save left overs which is amazing. No one makes bbq sauce like new lucky dragon 🤩 delivery was early, they dont use the tracking but i didnt mind as delivery went smooth

Absolutely horrible delivery. They don’t use the normal delivery map on Deliveroo so can’t spot when they around. Send me an email saying that they are outside but when I gone down no one was there. Told me that they called me but no one did. Hang up on me and didn’t refund my £26. Such a waste of time and money. Don’t even want to try their food. According reviews the food was bad anyway.

1 Star because 0 wasn't an option. Ordered for 2 people ar 22:10 and its 00:34 now and the order is not with me but showing as delivered ... No one is answering the phone and on google it shows closed.Order #3941. Please refund as this is a bad joke.

The delivery took over 2 hours from order to delivery. We had one honest person say when our delivery would actually come, but after multiple calls the food finally came. Very slow and not worth the wait - just go somewhere else. Also, they forgot the prawn crackers we paid for. It’s been 2.5 hours since we ordered and still haven’t got them.

Never Had An Issue With This Takeaway The Food Has Always Been Spot On! Also As Many Other People Have Mentioned About The Cleanliness Of The Shop it Never Bothered Me It's Obviously Been Going For Years And It is On Narborough Road Of All Places Lol

Food delivery over 2 and a half hours and Food was damaged and leaking over bags. Horrible hygiene conditions and Food was cold. Delivery person didn't know what was in the order and couldn't be bothered to go to the doors and rang to say he was on the end of the street. Call several times and gave the same answer and didn't take it seriously. I do not advise anyone to go to anyone. It was disgusting service.

The front of the business looks dirty, not clean at all, the proprietor needs to have a good clean at the front where the customers order, dirty nasty delivery bags right where the customers sit, foot stains all over the walls, dirty floor..... This place hasn't been cleaned in months.Food is below average and can taste an unhealthy amount of MSG in every item I bought. Would not recommend.

This was my first experience od New Lucky Dragon ordering via uber and it was excellent (contrary to most reviews here). Food actually turned up early and we were given a free bottle of tango. Wasn't expecting much from the food as we ordered just before seeing the Google reviews, however, we were pleasantly surprised. Food was all hot and tasty. The ribs and the chili prawns were especially good. We've had takeaways at a few places and this was as good as any other in our opinion. I don't normally leave reviews but i felt like i needed to on this occasion. People compaining about msg need to go read up and research. Msg is not bad!

If i could give minus stars i would! My daughter ordered a meal with these last night and it was awful. The first and last time we will use them.
