Delicious food! Main dishes were a bit expensive though. Each plate was a piese of art regarding the mix of colours an flavours! Very kind people work there! Our dinner was a pleasant experience after all! I would definitely recommend!

Food pleasent reasonable service. We found it cold. Uncertain if my stomach upset was caused by food in particular salmon sandwiches. Coffee in unusual glass

Hugely disappointing, expected better from this place.The starter of nachos had liquid cheese which was awful. The pizza I had was burnt and the steak that my father had was undercooked. Plus the wait between starter and main was too long, esp as the restaurant was nearly empty!!!Also, the waiter appeared rushed and we all struggled to understand him.Family occasion ruined, will not be coming back.

Food Great! It's a pity they add a automatic service charge to your bill! That annoys me. I would have left a tip if service was good enough! Service was ok but not great despite it being quiet. It has to be great to get a tip. No one gives me a tip at work ever... despite supplying great service! Good menu choices and food arrived quickly.

Had high expectations but were disappointed.We had to pre book our festive Christmas meal for our booking on Christmas eve.On arriving we were shown to our table,ordered drinks and were served them very quickly.One of the drinks had to be sent back as there was lipstick on the glass.We also had to ask for 2 clean wine glasses as they also had lipstick on.Our three courses were served very quickly with very little time in between courses.The food was very average and three of us had to choose a different pudding as they had run out of the ones we had pre ordered. Atmosphere in the restaurant was very strange. It was Christmas eve and they were playing songs like foot loose!!!! Not one Christmas song played and no Christmas trimmings.The service from the waiters was very good and they catered for all our needs.Unfortunately we would not go back to any Marco Pierre White restaurant.

This was an memorable experience because of the excellent customer service provided by Luke during our graduation lunch. The restaurant was contemporary and relaxing. Our party of 12 enjoyed our wide ranging variety of lunches. My steak was succulent. The fries crispy. Luke waited on us and ensured we were treated like kings. A big Well done to the team.

Great food and very good staff. The restaurant is in the Mercure Grand hotel.We didn’t think we could afford to eat here although wanted to. The hotel however had some 30% off total bill vouchers on reception desk, so it made it affordable.I had the Garlic pizza bread starter which was huge. It was fresh and crispy. My wife had the Bruschetta which had fresh vine tomatoes.My wife wanted a sirloin but they they didn’t have any so she ordered the ribeye. She got a funny look when she ordered it well done but she likes it like that. I had the Portobello Mushroom and Pancetta Pizza which was fresh and very filling. We had no room for dessert.Would visit again as is very clean and staff very attentive as well as freshness of food. Unsure whether would use the hotel its in again though as bugs in bed (separate review and photos).

Visited on a Groupon offer of 2 courses for 18 including drink each. Although a limited menu, they kindly prepared an alternative dish for me. Food was of a good standard. Recommended.

Had such high expectations for this restaurant as it is part of Marco Pierre, but what a disgrace in the service. There was a group of 5 of us that went out for a birthday meal, so we were looking forward to nice evening however it was appalling. The service was extremely poor. The starters came out wrong, had to send it back in which we had to wait another half hour. What was most shocking, even after our complaint for the wrong starers, not once did any of the waiting staff come and ask if everything was okay with the meal. Not once did anyone come and ask during our meal whether we wanted anymore wine or drinks.When complained to the supervisor he instantly assumed we wanted discount off the bill, which was very insulting. The supervisor did not know how to handle our feedback and was really poor at his customer service skills. I will never come here again and nor would i ever recommend it. What a disgrace to the Marco Pierre name.

Staff in general seems disinterested and not warm in the slightest. They lacked polish. The food and presentation were bland. Poor experience to other branches. Took 10 minutes to get the staffs attention for the bill despite it not being busy. Sadly won't visit again.On a plus point they did accommodate us 1 hr before our booked table but I guess that's because they were pretty empty when we arrived.
