Very rude staff and do not know anything about customer rights. I ask for 50 freshly made wings, which I had to wait for 15 minutes. And after all that they started mixing up the chicken and ended up given me old chicken. I said to them give me what I ask for 'fresh chicken'. And he refused. I ask for my money back he also refused. And I said to him I will call the police. This left me very disappointed and very angry indeed. Staff working there look unclean very dirty clothes. Very unhygienic and the staff pick up food from the floor and start serving. I am never ever going to go there again. Taking my money elsewhere

Awfully slow service, took almost 10 minutes to serve up two meals which didn't require cooking, despite having nobody in the queue before me and only a single person waiting, causing me to miss my bus. Staff too concerned about chatting to familiar faces rather than serving food.

Would not recommend eating from this take out as they take the piss to make a small portion of food. They had me waiting 2 hours and a half over the latest arrival time which is a disgrace. As for the quality of food, you get what you pay for. Overall i would give half a star but i cant.
