McDonald's in Leicester

Gave us an extra 1 pound chicken mayo burger instead of the 20 nuggets like we ordered. Scammed..

This branch is the most wonderful branch we (as a family) have ever visited! Clara who is one of their employees is absolutely kind, beautiful in and out and helpful!!! She makes us feel welcome and loved! Well done Clara! Keep the wonderful effort up👏👏👏👍👍👍

Very rude staff, wanted my food redone as it was so cold but they literally waited 30 seconds, gave me the same food back without heating it up. Third class place.

Very generous and customer satisfaction oriented staff they do have. I was here this evening with my 2 kids (8 & 3 years old) and one of the staffs called CLARA who helped me a lot to get me seats, took extra effort to get me child seat and made us very comfortable. Me and my kids were delighted with her lovable helping mentality. Kudos to McD for keeping such wonderful staffs like CLARA and delicious food with reasonable price in the heart of the city.

Order was delivered to the table with food missing, dip missing and lack of straw and serviette. Clara was very helpful in supplying the omitted items, great service from Clara! Thank you!

Really should stop visiting this McDonald's but it's so convenient when I finish work.Last night it took me two attempts to order what I wanted at the touch screen kiosk. Had to physically hit my finger in to the screen to just order a burger.When I managed to order the wait was so long. Either one person working and the rest cleaning. Don't get me wrong I know cleaning is important but this is meant to be Fast Food. There was nothing fast about this food.I ordered a burger with extra bacon and pickles. There was no bacon on my burger. The fries were cold before I even left the door. They had been sat out for God knows how long. I had to prompt the manager to give me my drink. Which was also luke warm because it was the first thing made.Think I'm going to avoid maccies for a while now. Everytime I use this one I'm always disappointed.Gone are the days of "Fast Food" they're now "made to order" which... Is ok in some places like actual restaurants / pubs etc but every McDonald's has gone down hill in the past few years. Sad really.

Went while it was busy so got table service. Waited 25 minutes and it didn't turn up. Went to counter to ask where it was. Was told it would be with me within 5 minutes (very politely admittedly). 5 minutes later someone arrived telling me my food had already been made twice and would be on its way. 5 minutes later still my food finally arrived. Burgers were barely wrapped and one fell out pulling it out the bag. Other was falling apart. It was missing my drink and fries so had to go to counter again to wait for them to make it and give it to me. Never had this issue with other McDonald's in town so very disappointed

Hmmm very busy -but as expected. I do like the new table app service , that is a bonus. Not very clean & too chaotic in there. Food not very hot either

This is how McDonald's respect their customers. It's not a surprise knowing that all this giants are wicked. As of the franchisee , he knows this yet he doesn't like criticism.

Very crowded as usual, couldn't find a seat. Ordered happy meal for granddaughter no ketchup that I ordered. As always a nightmare there. found a seat then I didn't want to go all the way back to the front desk to get ketchup because its that busy there you lose your seat. Food stuff allover the place as well, not clean
