Today I would give my whole experience 6 stars. I enjoy the chips and curry served with onions and abbli. Today my expectations were exceeded. My order was almost ready when I walked in. The flavour was perfect. I should have bought 2 as I could keep eating.

The owner needs to smile more instead of giving you the hate look death stare everytime you walk in shop. Also needs to stick to his opening times. Food is great just needs improvement on customer service.

Tasty chips and spicy paneer tikka with a sweet chilli sauce. The chilli cheese bites are the same as bk. Good variety of veg take out options. I am a meat eater and i would happily swap with one of the veg options. Have to wait a bit while chips are cooked fresh which, after tasting, is well worth the wait.Based on the location, the service is as expected. Yes, as per previous reviews the owner doesn't smile, but nor do i so it don't bother me.

The food at this shop is nice and tasty, there are many options to chose from. The portions are a decent size for the price. I would recommend this shop. The only downside in the experience was the customer service. The person serving me was not very enthusiastic and didn't really great me when I came into the shop other than that it would have been a 5* from me.

Quality service guaranteed. Started putting less beans on the jacket potatoes recently. Used be salt and pepper in the bag before this is no longer available!?!

Outstanding food, concept and staff. A regular haunt when we visit Leicester. Just had another scrumptious takeaway. Chips are beautiful. Also their cobs (barms up north!) Are lovely.Enjoying one now as we speak.

Love their hot/ jacket potatoes!! Nice and crunchy skinned and super soft inside. Perfectly cooked every time and the cheese is nice and tasty too. Chilli chips were lovely and spicy too (spice lovers ask for extra chilli powder!) and at ~£6 for all the above including a can of pop it is a decent enough price too!Edit: 14.11.17. Rating 1 out of 5: greets you and says hello then answers the bloomin phone. Nuts. You'd think in all these years of trading they'd learnt a thing or two about customer service. Sort it out. I know you won't though cos you don't give a monkies.
