Nando's in Leicester

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Nandos Highcross location. I had the medium spicy half chicken, with tender stem broccoli & spicy rice and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I will definitely visit again.

Very helpful server. Went in for a takeaway and was happy that the staff were willing to adapt the menu for allergy reasons. Felt a little uncomfortable with the amount of people allowed to wait in the entrance area, it was far to busy and needed better management.

Absolutely awful! Waiters/waitresses were amazing but with around 50% more staff in the kitchen standing around and a manager who has a complete don't give a fcuck attitude it is no surprise that food is not coming out. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes to be told our food was going to be at least another 20 minutes!! We walked out after placing a simple order for fries, whole chicken and sweetcorn?!? Let me tell you, their food is precooked, they purely heat it...Nothing that general public mind in a fast food establishment, but nandos prices and services are definitely not even worthy of this comparison!! We were on a slight time restraint as watching a film 2 hours after our table was booked, but stupidly thought this was ample time! We settled for hotdog and nachos at cinema instead! Much cheaper and faster!!!

Very nice place all in one shortcut to. City centre

service was bad, even though it was not busy. Had to ask a waiter for something and she said 'one sec' and walked away and did not come back. Asked another waiter for a takeout box that took quite a while when it wasn't busy. Chicken was less then average, could have been way better. Food wasn't hot, like it was just sitting out for ages and also was quite hard to cut. save your money go somewhere else.

Table service was a little slow but not too bad, main issue was cleanliness; the window blinds had huge gobs of sauce on them which had clearly been there for a while despite being within easy reach for cleaning.

For the frist time in my life tried Nando's looking forward for a nice meal with my girlfriend, beginning with 3 nice STARTERS 1.Halloumi sticks 2.sweetpotato wages 3. Houmous&Palin nan .we end with an not very nice main cours FINO PITTA IS BACK 😎

It was good. Expensive and overcrowded. We wait 1 hours plus for a table but overall the food was yummy.

Super delicious food and fast service. Had to self order by using QRS code but the food was delivered to the table quickly. A great eat in visit experience after a long time. The brocollini is tasty.

The food I got when I ordered wasn't great. The chicken didn't have the charred look or taste associated with Nando's. Also, the skin wasn't crispy. The sides of garlic bread and peas were the best part of the meal. The carrot cake tasted so artificial. Definitely, won't order the carrot cake again.
