Nero in Leicester

Walked in here twice in the last month and both times, staff have been ignorant and talking amongst themselves before asking for my order. When placing my order, both times get an abrupt response " sorry out of stock" which was quite rude. Also went to the caffe Nero near Oliva's bar and the staff there were the same.

Order hot cappucino here, stay inside since a little windy outside. Sadly their air condition is too cold and makes my drink getting cold as well.. The service was good, fast and nice

Come multiple times a day , my partner and I love the staff here, they are all friendly and it's an amazing atmosphere, ( large latte extra hot extra shot and my reg cappuccino with 3 sugar syrups😂) they work well together and help us try different things and not be boring 😂 see you tomorrow

Lady with face piercings so unprofessional.Ordered salted caramel and pistachio frappe creme, payed for it and when we got drink it was not like in ad picture, so we asked why is like that, she said oh we don't have cream...So wait a minute... Maybe she need's to tell that before we paid, so we could adjust our order.Other thing all tables are sticky, many with left empty cups.Piercings lady just talked all time with her college and not doing their job.Other Caffe Neros are good, but this one better to avoid.

I visited cafe nero on 9/3/22 at 2pm. I have been paying through O2 just because I got the coffee through promotions, the staff has issues regarding it. There is no proper customer manners and hospitality just because I paid through O2 promotions. I can just explain how they behaved with me but I can’t prove, here is the proof they served me coffee with just 70% of the cup just because I paid through O2 this has to be seriously considered and make sure it won’t happen and don’t show partiality on the type of payment, serve everyone equally that’s professional ethics and humanity pls don’t show partiality

Hygiene level at this store is below zero. Because they have only two barista which is not enough to server customers well.The attached drinks are ice mocha and ice latte, they were both horrible and we threw them to trash. Shame that nero reach this level.

Perhaps this place have seen better days.Today, unfortunately, the quality of the services offered by not well trained employees, isn’t a reflection of the high prices.And you must also pay that, and you have honor to take your own order by the table, wich is not clean at all, and all that happens in the old city center, a city filled with tourists all over the world.

I am a student who loves to come and study in town - we tried out cafe Nero today and we will not be back! Whilst the coffee may be nice, the service is appalling - with staff members being rude and dishing out dirty looks when you order something slightly more complex than a cappuccino. We were served with an eye roll and a rude hand gesture due to the till not working. Please don’t take your anger at the till out on your customers. You know who you are

Used to love this place but they've changed the cup that they serve the hot chocolate in and it's really uncomfortable to hold :-( Saying that, it is the best hot chocolate you will get from a chain coffee shop. Also they do the best cakes and the staff are really nice!
