Great venue especially for a special occasion. Top quality food. Beautiful presentation something different. Service was excellent. Made to feel special. I have recommended to my family.

It's got the 2 stars because the starter was really nice and the main meal was OK. What let this place down is it had the smallest portions of food I have ever saw on a Sunday roast. Between 4 or us there was 4 small chunks of cauliflower (one tiny bit each), the pork portion was the same size as a box of filter tips and that is the actual truth, it was tiny and one roast potatoe to top it off and the meal wasnt even cheap, it was expensive.To top it off the place was cold.Think we will algive this place aiss in the future, a pity as it was recommended to us.

We had an amazing Sunday lunch here. It was delicious, the staff were brilliant and it was good value for money. We will be back!

A great place to start my weekend.Great locally sourced produce cooked and presented in true professional North Bar style. I had the tempura prawns, with the monkfish tail to follow both were absolutely divine. The flavours left my taste buds dancing away! Of course there was no room for desert but I managed to sneak in a scrumptious sticky toffee pudding.The team and service is always exceptional. It's like you are being served in the comfort of your own home feel.

I had the vegan tasting menu accompanied by gin pairing.The pairing was really well balanced in flavour.I would say that the dishes could have had a bit more complexity ie with a crunch and other flavours. They looked and smelt incomparable to the meat dishes.

The vegan taster menu and regular taster menu were outstanding. Really well presented and seasoned food, lots if time and care put onto the plates and very well considered flavour combinations. I personally feel the service could have been more attentive as it's a small place and they have the time to come and pour wine and reset cutley which would have added to the overall experience.

Definitely 5 Stars lovely meal, from Starter to Main to Desert. Will be visiting again guaranteed.

Myself and my partner came for the Tasting Menu at the weekend, myself choosing the vegan option. I have read mixed reviews so was not sure what I was expecting. But as soon as I tasted the first course, it was delicious and just got better as each course came. All the dishes was amazing and my favourite dish was the Vegetable Garden with almond mousse. My partner loved all the dishes too with him choosing pairing wines and I chose gin... which they have their own gin!My partner does not usually eat vegan food and even he said he would choose to try this option next time. Highly recommend to anyone!
