Peter in Leicester

Have eaten in and had deliveries before, both excellent. We collected and took home today with a short bus ride, the pizzas needed a little warm up when we got home and we're still as lovely as ever. 👍👍

I would recommend booking a pizza making experience with these guys, but if it's just a quick bite, you will love peters pizza.Take a look at the retro wall art and the old school games available to play, this place is truly packed with character and is sure to ignite an air of nostalgia. Absolutely love it!

We held our 8 year olds birthday party at Peter Pizzeria today and it was fantastic. The food was amazing and the pizzas were made to perfection, it felt like we were in Italy again. The staff were superb, they were not phased with 10 loud little children running around. They all had so much fun playing games after their food.Miki was amazing in the run up to the party and helped with organising, the table was all set up before we arrived. Lots of our friends who were there were so surprised how they did not know about this gem of a place. The Chefs were so friendly and warm…they made the pizzas just how you like them. We cannot wait to go back again. I highly recommend the margherita and homemade lemonade. A huge thank you to the incredible staff 😊

Today's visit to the Leicester branch was the second time we've experienced staff that seem to have a strange approach to customer service. We hadn't booked, but the place looked pretty empty. The lady on reception stressed that they were very busy and she could give us a table but only if we "promised" to leave in time. When we were seated, the room was pretty empty for the next 45 minutes. The waiting staff hung around best the door, constantly gazing in our direction; we felt like we were constantly being watched, not relaxing at all. The young girl who served us was lovely, although the person who looked like the boss (or who clearly wants to be) seemed insistent on making sure we knew which pizza was which, even after she'd fine a perfectly good job of telling us.When the place did fill up, they crammed so many tables into the one room that we had to fold down the pushchair to make our exit. They have two other large rooms in the building, so I have no idea why they forced everyone to eat in one room (especially given current guidelines around social distancing).The food was nice and quick, but I just can't get over the fact that this place just doesn't seem to actually want any customers. Very strange indeed.

Very friendly and fast service. Nice place and a good variety of options in the menu. The pizza (caprese) was really tasty - extra points for the dough. I definitely recommend it and will come back :)

Four stars for Peter Pizzeria. It's my first time ever in the UK that I felt satisfied as a customer upon visiting a restaurant and here's why:1. I'll start with the hygiene: it would have been much better if the forks and knives were covered but the tables, the floor and the see-through kitchen looked very clean.2. The pizza, cooked in a wood oven, was very good and I rarely find a pizza with such finely made crust here in the UK. I'd recommend this pizza to everyone who wants to taste authentic Italian pizza.3. The interior was a bit dark but I liked the artistic touch. It gives the place a lovely vibe.4. The staff are very friendly and nice and they balance between the professional and friendly service which, again, I rarely notice in the UK.5. The prices are reasonable and affordable for such delicious pizza.All in all, I think that visiting this Pizzeria will be a good decision if you are looking for a good pizza place in Leicester.

Was a surprise receive these amazing pizzas and amazing customer care for a great price. This place is gold. The staff is one of the best and the stone oven pizzas are made very nice with different options of flavours that the typical you can find in any pizzeria.

If you are a fan of Italian pizza, this is the place for you. They make the best pizza in Leicester, high quality and delicious ingredients. Very friendly and lovely staff. A cosy atmosphere and an authentic place to enjoy your food. Suitable for families, friends and couples.
