Pizza hut in Leicester

If I could give zero stars if possible. All the toppings on the pizza were sliding off when delivered. Rang to tell them, no refund, just email customer service.

Ordered via uber eats. Missing drink and driver said he wasnt given one. Food is just about warm. My cheesey garlic bread was the equivalent of cheese on toast, barely warm and didnt taste of garlic! My pizza was dry and swimming in grease. It was advertised as having a garlic crust but mine had non. Honestly one of the worst pizzasiv ever ordered

Today is my birthday. As a treat for my staff I said I would order pizza for my staff. We placed an order this morning at 9:55AM. Delivery was scheduled for 12:30PM. Since we did not receive the order and it was 12:40PM, we called to see where our order was as we only have limited time to eat during the lunch break. The member was staff said due to a 'system error' they only just seen the order (ironically at the very same time we happened to call them?) and it will take 30 minutes. I said this was totally unacceptable and my staff our now going to go hungry because by the time it arrives lunch will be over. I therefore asked for a refund and I was told I would need to email customer services to do this! The email form is so long and my time has already been wasted enough. You have not only spoilt what was suppose to be a birthday treat to my staff, but my staff are now all hungry and to get a refund I need to complete an form. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

They got my order wrong. Ordered veg pizza and got a meat one delivered. Tried to call them but no one picking up for 40 mins. They've definitely lost my custom and I'm sure of many others.

Took ringing the phone 4 times before answering, very rude and blunt didn't help what so ever and then put the phone down on me. I like pizza hut but this experience made eat elsewhere! Would question my loyalty towards this chain

Love this Pizza Hut! Me and my boyf always order from here and delivery is always fast, hot and very polite and friendly. Last night I forgot to order a dip online and when I phoned they were very kind about it. Only bad thing is sometimes they forget garlic sprinkles (the best bit of the crust) but they've given me a whole free pizza to make up for that in the past :) 10/10 always our go to for pizza cravings.

TERRIBLE experience. Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza / sides and desert. The crust was not stuffed little to 0 cheese in them. The pizza was undercooked which ruined the taste completely.The wings were so salty I had to throw them away. low and behold even the cookie was incorrect as I order white chocolate.If I could give a 0 I would. had I not paid online I would have taken the pizza back for a full refund.

Poor quality. Arrived 45 minutes after it left the store so it arrived cold. The pizza it's self just fell apart, there was barely any tomato sauce base on the pizza at all. It hadn't even been cut all the way through properly. Never going here again. P John's is 10000% times better!!! Don't waste your time or money on this place

Had a leaflet through the door with an offer from 55 London Road King's Lynn.. When ordering by phone for a delivery 2 days later was told the offer didn't exist. I still have the leaflet with the address printed on it. After a discussion they agreed to honour it, more or less, as a favour. The delivered order took at least 30 minutes longer than stated. The pizzas and garlic bread were well over cooked even burnt! Also nearly cold.Why did they send this order out as they must know they burnt it? The potato wedges were the smallest portion I ever saw, priced £3:99! I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their money at this Pizza Hut.

If there was 0 stars I would put that absolutely awful. I ordered 1hour 45min ago with my daughter who is 6. As she was hungry we were waiting patiently as they said they were coming soon. They finally arrived I took 1bite out of the pizza only words to describe was cold, dry and hard. My daughter on the other hand was starving so took more bites there was only 1 slice gone as she was hungry. I called them back to get a refund. They came back and did. Not take the pizza back waste of my money.Try and avoid this branch not very good
