Pizza Hut in Leicester

All the staff are pathetic. First tried to ring 3 times with no response. Then drove to the store only to wait about 20min to get served whilst nobody else was waiting. All staff at London Rd branch need to get fired

Ordered a delivery at 00:21, delivery time kept changing, eventually came @ 01:48. Shocking, no apology or explanation

Zero score. Absolutely unacceptable service. An hour late, stone cold, kept on hold for ages after letting them know only to be answered with "what. Can I help you".... Place needs to be closed down.No refunds issued and fobbed off to fill out the nonsense refund form online.One of the pizzas was curiosity stale.. kind of impressive lack of service.

Disgusted with the customer service. Ordered 3 pizzas online and rang into the store to request for no garlic spray as we don’t eat garlic at all. The “manager” refused at first and then said they would “try” and there would be no guarantee as it’s automatic for them to put the garlic spray on. I pleaded with him as my nephew has an allergy to it and he still refused to note it down on our order i had to cancel the order and do a pick up from another store which was £5 more expensive then the online deal! The other branch had no issues with our order

Pizzas were very good perfect tonight tasted amazing a very satisfied family and two very happy kids thanks guys keep up the good work

It was good but quality and service slipping staff been a regular for years but I won’t be using them anymore

Pathetic service.. Fanta 1.5litre drink bottle missing, toppings of the pizza all slided to one side of the box, uncooked & side dish wedges missing.. Total waste of money.. Tried contacting the Pizza Hut, no response at all.. I tried to call at least 10 times. No one picked up the call..

If I could give zero stars if possible. All the toppings on the pizza were sliding off when delivered. Rang to tell them, no refund, just email customer service.

They got my order wrong. Ordered veg pizza and got a meat one delivered. Tried to call them but no one picking up for 40 mins. They've definitely lost my custom and I'm sure of many others.
