Pret A Manger in Leicester

Good coffe and service with a smile. Although I'm trying to stay away from chains and visit local coffee shops, if I need one in a city center Pret is always my first choice. The almond croissants are excellent and probably the best out there. The coffee was nice and hot which is always a bonus and something the other places can't seem to get right

I often go the Pret and Iv'e had great customer service from Joe and Kathleen! Those two know how to make a coffee and have amazing customer service! I enjoy popping into Pret from time to time because the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Went in this morning around 8:30 am 28/06 to grab a coffee. Got my coffee but also incredible customer service. The lady who served me, was happy and smiling, made conversation. I left feeling like I’d had a real interaction not like I’d placed an order for a coffee. Great service pret. This lady is a credit to your company.

Best coffee I ever had and the snacks are very tasty too. Staff is friendly and professional not to mention very well trained in preparing hot beverages. A skill that most lack in other places I've been.Overall a great service.

Quick service and great coffee. Introduced my cousin a few months back who'd never been in a Pretty despite working in town. It's now one of her favourite treats and she deserves to give herself more of those!

Really good food, you will struggle to find something that isn't delicious! Great ingredients and interesting flavour combinations. You can get hot and cold stuff and great drinks too. The staff are always friendly no matter which post you go to.

It was very good to have breakfast and go. I didn't stay long but after eating brunch, I left. The place is comfortable and if you're like me who like to eat alone and not crowded hey too many people around then it's a good place to drink a cup of tea and chill

Great interior design, and merchandising standards. My first visit to a pret-a-manger and I would say I am reasonably impressed. The only down side was the lady didn't tell me where the machine to pay was I was just waiting for ages and found out its underneath me aha. And where the condiments where located. But over all a lively visit. Lighting and atmosphere great! 👍
