Food was great, but takeaway menu states free delivery for orders over £10. I just put an online order in for £25 and got charged further £2.50 delivery charge. You need to sort your menu and make things correct ASAP!

Done great advice hear ….If your going to run a delivery service then get someone on the blower that understands plain English.. as these messed up my order and didn’t bother to rectify it …. Nothing worse that waiting for food and chunts wrong !!!! Never again

This is by far my favourite take away for Indian food so far. One down fall is they don't always deliver what you order which has happened half of the time, but the food is absolutely delicious and prices very well. Fast delivery is usual and they always appear friendly on the phone. The website is easy to use too. Plus they have an app to order.

Honestly, we have been ordering from Shamim for a couple of years now and I can say, hand on heart, they truly are the best Indian takeaway we’ve ever had. Every dish has a taste of its own and their delivery service is impeccable. Admittedly, they have made mistakes with our order in the past but what makes them 5* is how they deal with any complaints - they offer to rectify it immediately with many apologies and compensation if necessary (after all we are all human right)? Thank you Shamim! You are our favourite!

This is 3rd time ordering (food yet to turn up, ) at time of writing 1 and a half hours late, after being told 3 times it has just left the resturanr, which cannot have been the case, it is a 10 minute journey. This is the longest wait; but on 2 previous orders both were 40 minutes late after pre ordering before opening for 6:20pm. Real shame as food is generally spot on, but will seriously reconsider using a next time. Once is acceptable, but 3 times and 3 dinners ruined is a joke.understand delays with current pandemic, but in that case take away the pre ordering feature if you can’t guarantee a time, May as well have selected 9pm at this rate, order may have not been pushed to the back of the queue as on 4th phone call, now told it’s being remade as driver is ‘lost’. Poor excuse and no manager to speak to.

Didn’t manage to get here before I passed out drunk but then that’s on me and a mate took it in for me and he says the driver didn’t look happy so sorry for that dude my bad! However re-heated it in the morning and it was banging best hangover food I’ve had in a while so must have been even better fresh! Will order from here again!

I have always loved the food from this place and I order quite a lot because it was good food for good money. Have just tried to order and it turns out to get the food what I would normally order I have not only got to pay the 40p service which I was fine with but know also nearly £3 in delivery which I am very disappointed and unimpressed. Will not be ordering until that is wiped as why know?

Outstanding food. Get to choose how ever hot you want it. Quick delivery and I live just before Anstey. Nice cuts of meat and good sized portions. Always will use. Thanks
