Worst large chicken donner I've ever had. Went here expecting the fact that they've been around for a long time we'dget some decent food. Fistly ordered a large chicken donner. Paid £13.80 and got home within 20 min of receiving my food in the store I opened the box to taste some of the chips. I felt they were reheated. They weren't even hot so maybe they just were lying around. I was disappointed. And I opened the chicken donner but I saw a lot of paper rolls and it's too much oil!!!! And smell like so much chilli!!! It very unhealthy. But the staff is very rude as well. Stay away 0/5 rating!!

Awful for those with coeliac disease & despite it saying there's no gluten is certain dishes there's an obvious cross contamination and no warning. Gluten free is not just a diet but can have serious consequences so Shazmins needs to be more vigilant & ensure any customer's inquiring about gluten free options are told of cross contamination.

For the last couple of years I have been ordering pizza from Shazmin and I have been given great food and service however, 2 weeks ago I ordered pizza and it was not cooked fully (doughy) so I visited again today and I ordered pizza but explained to the staff that make sure the pizza is fully cooked but unfortunately I have been given the same type of uncooked pizza and I am very disappointed.

Customer service when ordering is good, but they are not ready to hear any criticism if they mess your food up. Dont take any ownership for mistakes!

My favourite takeout place since childhood. Please just calm down with the sauce put in the burgers 😂 also you sold tandoori chicken years ago please bring it back! It was delicious 🤤

Staff are ridiculously rude. Even amongst them they shout at each other like your in some ghetto.Masala fish is ok, but be prepared to be forgotten about while the rest of your order is sitting getting cold.2 stars for fish,

Just had the most amazing saucy cheesy chips and a southern fried fillet burger. This place never disappoints. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Went here expecting the fact that they've been around for a long time we'd get some decent food.Firstly was a rip off compared to average prices elsewhere in Leicester, they're charging extortion based on the fact that they've got themselves a bit of a reputation. And it seems they're banking on that 'reputation' and loyal customer base to get away with serving ghastly food.Ordered a large fish and chips. Paid £10.20. Got home within 5-8 mins of receiving my food in store and opened the box up to taste some of the chips. İnstantly felt they were reheated/ stale. They weren't even hot, so maybe hadn't even been reheated but just lying around.. and the way these chips were you'd think these chips have been sitting there for 24 hours!Coming to the fish, strong fishy smell which is a clear sign the fish isn't fresh. Batter wasn't crispy, and the smell was overbearing.. you don't get this with fresh fish.I didn't mention my thoughts to my wife who was with me but she instantly said the same thing. Not only that but a friend who I met at the shop ordering food later confirmed their chips were also stale and bad.I called up to be met with denial of any reheating of food and also claiming that due to Saturday night there was fresh chips constantly coming out the frier. The quality/taste of the chips was screaming otherwise!Strongly recommend people to stay away from this establishment, simply looting innocent customers providing unforgivable quality food. Many other better options around, which is what I did the same night. Got chips from somewhere else and could instantly tell the difference apart from freshly fried and stale old chips
