This is quite literally the worst bar or restaurant I’ve ever been to. When we arrived, they told us we did not have a reservation. Which we did, and we put a down payment on our reservation in the form of a drink tower. When we got sat and FINALLY got our drink tower, the manager blamed other tables lack of drinks on us! However we had ordered our drinks IN ADVANCE. We then proceeded to order food, which took an hour to arrive. When we mentioned to the manager we had not received our food he blamed yet another service. When we went to the bar (no we could not order at our table) to get order our food, the bartenders acted as if we asked them to sacrificed their first born children. My friend all got their food and when I told the manager I did get mine, he assured me they would be going to the “kitchen” (ie they forgot) to see what was going on. Additionally, our reservation was until 11:15 but they told us we had to leave at 11 despite not getting our food till 10:30. And it is uncomfortably hot. good drinks and food. Absolutely terrible experience and I would never attend this restaurant or recommend to anyone else.

The lady behind the bar was helpful, but the pub had many tables full of dirty glasses and plates. Our order could not be completed by lack of stock and I watched the manager sit at a table with 2 other guys doing shots on shift. Not very impressed!

Absolute joke! Booked. A table for our friends 40th birthday. Left standing in the middle of the floor! No clean tables! Smashed glass on the floor! Then shut the bar for drink orders! That twice we’ve been and twice the place was a let down! Will NEVER return again!

Normally love slug and lettuce but this is easily the worst one I’ve been to. Not a very nice atmosphere inside and feels more like you’re in a tacky pub than a nice cocktail bar. Ordered food that was really dry and cold when it came and used the app to order drinks that took over half an hour to come and were sickly sweet when they arrived. As soon as we had our food we left without finishing our drinks and decided to sit in a coffee shop. For what was supposed to be a nice night out with dinner and a show it was so disappointing it put a dampener on the whole evening. Completely miserable staff too very unhelpful when we asked where our drinks were and provided us with no cutlery.

Came here for drinks after a show a few nights ago. Booked drinks through the app. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, had to wait over 20 minutes for the drinks. Once they did arrive, they were delicious. We also looked at the breakfast and food menus. We decided we were going to go back the following morning for breakfast. Booked a table online for 10am.Arrived the following morning and 10am had past, and the doors were still locked. After 5 minutes, someone came out. We then tried to enter the restaurant and was questioned on why we were trying to go inside. Explained we had a booking for breakfast. The guy had no clue what I was on about and was quite rude. Even though your website says you open at 10am and let me book a table. We left and went somewhere else for breakfast. Definitely won’t be returning.

Possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, I’d give it zero stars if I could. Myself and 2 friends went to the Leicester Square branch around 5pm on a Wednesday - there were only about 4 other tables there so not busy at all. We each ordered 1 cocktail via the app and 30 minutes later had not received these. We went to the bar to ask for them and were told ‘you should’ve put 2’. We were a bit confused by this response but realised that they meant the drinks were on 2 for 1. We hadn’t been told this when we arrived nor was it advertised on the app so I’m not sure how we were meant to know this? It was almost like they were trying to blame the slow service on us as they now were making double the drinks when in reality it was clear that our order ticket had been forgotten until we’d asked. Surely it makes their job easier to make 1 drink like we ordered? Also there were drivers in our party so we actually didn’t want additional drinks. Once we finally got the drinks they did not look like the pictures on the menu, missing things like candy floss and candy necklaces- not major but they should like how they’re advertised. From this point it then took another 40 minutes to receive our food, all of which was cold and inedible. We called the waiter over who asked ‘what do you want me to do?’, before asking if we wanted it reheated or refunded. Obviously we chose a refund as who knows how long it had been sitting around for it to be so cold. Another family dining near us agreed that the food was disgusting so it wasn’t just us who had this experience. We ended up leaving after getting a refund and it was very difficult to find somewhere else to eat that wasn’t fully booked. Such a disappointing end to what should have been as nice meal and a complete waste of time.

We waited over an hour for food, then when we had to go up and ask for a refund (because we had to leave for a train and couldn't wait any longer), we were told that only the manager could issue refunds. The two staff members there had to go looking for the manager, who they couldn't find anywhere as she had apparently left the building. It took a further 20 minutes just to be issued a refund - the manager never showed up in spite of many people being in the queue to get refunds. Do not recommend.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Russ the bar man he was amazing, he really went out of his way to make our bottomless brunch afternoon a brilliant experience. He never let out glasses get empty & he was great fun. Thanks again Russ

The total experience was less than "meh," but I'm having a good evening, so I'll be kind. Let's start with the fact that my husband and I had to book a table 24 hrs in advance since- I guess- they don't take walk-in customers. Upon arrival, we were led to a seating section where we sat for over 20 minutes thinking a server would come. Luckily, we were having such good conversation that we didn't realize no one had shown up. It wasn't until I noticed the menu's QR code for the order and pay app, that I assumed we had to take care of ordering and paying on our own (I actually like that part). We placed the order for some drinks, and four food items (all small plates/ sides). Even then, after quite some time had passed, we kept having to ask for our food that would come out two by two. The wings were okay, our garlic bread was not cooked (just had grill lines), and there was about another twenty or so minutes that went by before the fries and croquettes were brought to the table. It was almost like someone forgot to make the food. All in all, we wanted to try this place because the one near the London Eye looked alluring, but this location was within walking distance to our hotel. Now I know that this spot must be for the drinks and mood, especially since most of the food items were "sold out." I guess I would recommend for only drinks if you go around 7pm or later.

Moves the same pace as a slug that's for sure! There was zero guidance on what to do, booked a table and didn't get told where to sit. The bar at the bar I asked for help shrugged his shoulders then walked off. The cocktails took 40 minutes to arrive! Utterly disgusting service. Then decided get round as the queue was small, no not the case, it still took 30 minutes to get a round of drinks for 4 people. Will never be returning and will never recommend as it'll be quicker to travel to space and back!
