Spice Bengal in Leicester

Ordered from here and I rang them as they forgot the coke so they said they would get it out for delivery and 50 mins past and rang again as it still hasn't came so rang again and they tried to make things up and said that we never paid for it but clearly we did saying we we're going to get a refund but we had to Claim for it even though they should of give us the money or got the delivery out

Fantastic service great prices and very fast delivery service. I have ordered from lot of other takeaways but never tasted this delicious curry’s from this place plus they even give out free stuff like few papadoms even some times pop drinks if your a common customer like me but other then that I don’t know why other people say horrible things to them I understand that you got a late order and that’s because you probably ordered on there busy day so it is fully your fault don’t blame them. So that all I got for the fantastic place. Try the food 🥘 it won’t let you down I can bet you on that.

Only just been to get a pick up order and not for the first time this is an absolute amazing place to get a magnificent Indian takeaway from!!Excellent value for money and the portions are amazing sizes and the food tastes amazing!!! This is are go to place for the perfect indian takeawayAlways friendly helpfull staff..Cannot recommend enough!!!!I'll see you soon again keep up the amazing service!

1 star as there isn't anything less. Order over 1 hour late!!! Every time phoned was lied to about delivery "driver left 5 mins ago" I was told at different 30 minute phone calls. Manager was then rude and didn't listen, constantly talked over me. Once food finally arrived it was cold. Refused a refund. Worst customer service ever.

Awful food. Hygiene in the shop is terrifying. Apparently it is cheaper to order from Just Eat with free delivery. I ordered Lamb Tikka pasanda and Chicken Tikka pasanda - was charged £16.00 when I collected it myself. On Just Eat it would have been £13.00 with free delivery.AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Ordered food last night the experience was horrific. Before I said anything the first question I asked them "Do you do PLAIN korma, NO chicken, NO vegetables, just the korma. The manager told me they do, so I then had to order my food via the phone rather than just eat so I could get this plain korma. I also asked for egg fried rice, to get something completely different with meat in again. The delivery driver also woke my neighbor up late at night, rather then calling me to ask to come outside or calling to ask where. When I then called the same night about everything the manager said that their's nothing he can do because no one is here and to ring tomorrow to get a refund. So I called today for them to be a broken record and saying "You didn't say you was vegetarian". Imagine ordering a diet coke, them bringing a normal coke then them saying "Oh well you didn't tell us you was on a diet". They blamed everything on me and they done nothing wrong, so they wouldn't refund the food that is still on the side because I can't eat it. Ridiculous would never recommend these to anyone.

Wish I could give - 10. It took over 2hr. The guys keep saying on his way. The driver don't know where I am. Ask if it's new owner he said yes. When the meal came it was the driver from the previous owners. And he know us well. The meal was tasteless and dog cold. Not even a sorry when we call. They even raise the prices £1 and over.NEVER NEVER AGAIN
