Taste of China in Leicester

The milk tea here is very nice, and the staff are friendly. I was surprised how many items are on the menu! Would recommend.

If you like real, authentic Chinese food, then this place is for you. The food is always amazingly delicious, hot and super fresh! Without a doubt this is the best Chinese restaurant in the Leicester.

Every time I order their food, it is amazing, especially their beef dishes. The service is always quick and efficient, and I have never had a bad meal yet. Will always recommend this restaurant, and the staff are always friendly, and can't do enough for you......AMAZING!!!

I have been using Taste of China for a few years now and have always been extremely happy with both the quality of the food and the service! The biggest thing for me is the the Chicken is Halal. Finding an established, tasty and Halal Chinese spot is virtually impossible. So, Taste of China is the best there is. THANK YOU SUE!!!

Great little restaurant on the high street in town what a find. The food is excellent and full of flavour. I had the satay beef Ho fun and tried my first bubble tea, it was excellent. Friendly staff and I would definitely recommend 5*

My family and friends have dined on many occasions in the Taste of China restaurant in High Street in the city of Leicester.We would like to express our most sincere thanks to the chef for the delicious and tasty food. The char siu and crispy pork, duckling and chicken, the stir fry noodles and vermicelli, won-ton and fish ball soup, stir fry vegetables, just to name a few. The refreshing fruit juices and chinese tea prepared by the waiting staff and their excellent services. The restaurant also caters for western palate. If anyone is looking for a satisfying, scrumptious and yummy meal, go to the Taste of China. You will never be disappointed! 👍👍

I had the best bubble tea ever here! The servers are really nice, very polite and very helpful! I loved the place. I visited Leicester twice and went to Taste of China three times just because I fell in love with their bubble tea (I recommend the chocolate one). It was the best one I've had so far! 😊

I ordered ‘double roast with rice’Although the chicken is a little bit overcooked, the roast duck is great!The meal includes a little vegetable, a lot of rice and two types of meats.The clerks are very busy(there are only two people to serve customers), so you need to wait for a while to get order.The price is reasonable and it doesn’t charge service fee.

Great service here, portions of food are big and the food was quite delicious. Their milk tea was quite good, although the bubbles were not the best that I've tasted in the UK. They also do delivery services, which could be quite convenient I imagine on days you might not want to leave the house. They also accept cards, which is quite a pleasant surprise as Chinese restaurants usually don't accept cards.
