Absolutely Disgusted, I work at a school near here and thought I would visit for a quick meal. So I ordered some chips and a peshuwari naan. They took very long to arrive and the chips had a large strand of hair on it and where cold. The peshawari nan was dry and not traditional 👎👎 Dissapointed.

Found nail in chips and they were not even warm probs warmed up from days ago low hygiene

I had some chips and i am DISGUSTED!!!!!!! I feel like i have been poisoned. Also the burger didn’t look like burger meat. I am very disappointed!

Absolutely Disgusting my food for my family was 20 mins late and everything was cold and very Greasy I rang jolly fryer they said next time I'll get Discount on my next order but there will not be a next time, please everyone do not go there 🤮

Took my family to The Jolly Fryer it was awful first we order 2x large chips 5 kebabs and 2 burgers when the chips arrived they were COLD and SWIMMING IN GREASE then they Dropped the Kebab on the floor and just DUSTED IT OFF and when we asked to get a refund for the dropped kebab they said NO and told us they would call the police Finally the burger so come after 45 minutes of waiting and one of the burgers and it wasn’t a patty it was brown Andy lumpy almost like feces and when we asked what it was they wouldn’t say So we left all the food and when spend near enough 75 quid there NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Twice now our chips were cold. Last time we told them about it. and they apologized only to send a cold one again. We ordered cheese n chips and no one can say it cooled off on the journey home as the cheese was still grated on top of the chips and had not even melted so it was how it left the shop. We are regular customers but now looking to find another fish shop that delivers. Not happy.

Absolutely disgusted with their service, ordered food from them totalling to the amount of £35. When it arrived it seemed our garlic bread wasn't here, we rang them and they said we would be round within half an hour to bring our garlic bread (as we had paid for it) an hour went by and I rang back and they said 'it's too late to bring it now, we can't bring it" so I told them I want my £3 back. I rang up again the day after asking to bring either my garlic bread of £3 back, and they said 'we don't have a delivery driver today, we need to bring it tomorrow'. Absolutely disgusted with how they can treat a loyal customer. If you're ordering with them, which I wouldn't advice, please please please ensure that all your food is there before letting the delivery driver leave. I have had to give a star rating, else it wouldn't let me post it. However I wouldn't even rate the service or their food a 1 star

I'm 6 months pregnant and my partner went into jolly fryer to get us lunch,he dropped my pie on the floor and just dusted it off,and also said the kebab was fresh however then told him he cooked it yesterday and just reheated it. the old fat Indian man (the dad) is rude, disrespectful and a nasty nan shouting at my boyfriend. however the son is very nice and never have a problem with him.
