Good size portions. Make sure you're hungry. Chilled atmosphere before a comedy show at De Montfort Hall. Will definitely visit again.

Went here for Valentine's Day and it was outstanding food, vegan friendly options and nice cocktails. Didn't sample but looked like a good range of ales on the bar. Was nice to play some board games as well

Lovely Atmosphere and the food was exceptional. Sunday Roast was perfect, good portion size and presented well. Chicken and Ham Pie was really good- fresh ingredients and very filling. Definitely a new Sunday Roast favourite and will be visiting again.

Nice pub A tad noisy but it's called city pub Good range of beers and a cracking CROSS cider. Good food but could do with a classic curry dish.

Had not visited for a while but me and the wife went today for lunch and a drink. It was quiet but the staff were friendly and really welcoming.We had the festive baguette and chilli which were both lovely .Happy to see that they were still serving the flat cider (cherries & berries).Always a nice afternoon out there.thank you.

I dined with a large group (20 +). When I saw the menu I was disappointed. All the usual 'pub' food options often done badly but a high number of vegetarian options. I struggled to pre-order. However, I chose the Cauliflower followed by the Bean buritto. Both were excellent. The food I saw the group eat looked fresh & tasty too. Very good chips & a lovely glass of wine too. Service was prompt and polite. An excellent meal. So sorry for doubting.

Fabulous lunchtime deal (12-5pm) Baguette & free drink (non alcoholic) So tasty - falafel, hummus & olives with tasty skin-on fries and lovely salad garnish. Husband had fish goujons with tartare sauce baguette. Also delish!

Came for a drink after dining at a nearby restaurant, staff friendly and welcoming, nice vibe in the beer garden , beautiful cocktails. I will return.

This pub is a really nice pub with a friendly atmosphere. Brilliant food and nice beach huts to sit outside. Lovely friendly staff always at hand to help you.
