The Olive in Leicester

A wonderful find. Great Greek food, typical menu of wraps, soyvlaki and burgers. Everything was made fresh and the service was fantastic. They were disabled friendly and took great care of my dog. This is a great place for a quick bite or catch up with friends. Maggie was our server and was absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back.

portion sizes are abysmal. charging £10-11 for what you get is extremely inflated. the placement of the feta felt lazy, the food tasted fine but you can get way more bang for your buck elsewhere. don't know why this place is so hyped up

Fantastic quality ingredients and yummy food! No frills kinda place with a decent number of options on the menu (including vegetarian), fast service, simple dining.The only slightly off putting thing about the place was the couple of TV screens with constant government/NHS covid propaganda on loop!! No idea what that was all about, but I've not ate out for some time so could be a new thing for restaurants.All in all, a perfect little place to enjoy some tasty and healthy food at a reasonable price. You can't go wrong!

Food is perfectly delicious! Absolutely Love it and I go here often, always my first choice with friends who haven't yet been. Staff are lovely too. I have chicken souvlaki wrap or Greek salad with grilled chicken. Veggie friend loves their Hallumi and mushroom options.

Halloumi was simply exceptional. Especially the combination of flavours added for the wrap was amazing.

Would certainly recommend- authentic Greek food.Many vegetarian options -that was very important to me.Fresh vegetable -delicious tomatoes.Tasty tzatziki and good quality halloumi.Pita bread was okay!I will be visiting them again .

I orderdered on uber eats and this restaurant was a disappointment. The delivery service was great but the burger had no meat inside. I called the restaurant and they suggested to call uber eats and get a refund. I asked them for the burger i ordered, and they said they can make one only if I will go and get it. Very disappointed with the restaurant. Will never order again and don't recommend them, they didn't seem to care much and they lacked professionalism.

After visiting Greece on many an occasion its a breath of fresh air to have a Greek style cafe on the High Street, nice food great atmosphere very tasty and good value for money, recommend both the Gyros and souvlaki very tasty

Been eating here (lunchtime) for a while and always been happy with the food. Nice, freshly prepared traditional Greek street food. Price is pretty good too. Staff are friendly and thankfully they have recently changed the seating around to accommodate more customers. Give it a try if your passing by I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
