The Picnic Kebab House in Leicester

Best donner kebab in the city by far. Parking is a nightmare. The owner thinks everyone is out to scam him or get a freebie even when they arent. But the food is top notch.

Still a good kebab shop - i started ordering from here 29 years ago and this was the best kebab in the uk - the owner then moved to london and in recent years his workers make the food and the worst thing now is the best thing that they used to have which is the chilli sauce - it in no way tastes like it used to

Got a doner kebab in a pitta. Had a weird taste to it and was pretty bland. Defo wouldn't eat again, would rather go to the local chippy to get one.

Absolutely Vile disgusting place now. It’s been going downhill years they really run it down now. And food quality is below poor.

A good kebab without being mind-blowing. It's decent value for money and open late which is helpful. The picnic special is a lot for £9.50, however after paying that for a kebab and asked for garlic sauce on top, a very standard thing at a kebab shop, I was charged 50p, which felt stringy given the price of the meal. Also it's cash only

I have been going Picnic for the last 8 years, it used to be good but the last couple of years it has really fallen off. The pizzas are like plastic and the lamb smells like rotting meat if you dont eat it straight away, im sorry but thjs place is finished. Staff are lovely though, shame about the food.

Best kebabs took kids for 1st time and they loved it very respectful staff highly recommended to everyone

The best Cypriot kebab for me. Its the sauce that makes the kebab. Staff are friendly always happy to give extra chillis or sauces and never ask for more money.I have to say I only ever order the large donner chilli sauce and salad, lovely!
