Portion was small for the price we paid and food was bland will never order from here again

I don't want to sit here slating the place but it wasn't for me. The chicken chow mein was very bland and dry in my opinion, even adding their bbq sauce wasn't much help as the sauce was very watered down and almost tasteless. The chili salt chips were poor, barely spicey enough and very dry but I know the potato season has hit it's low at the moment. The lemon chicken was particularly dry too. Portion sizes are standard so nothing to complain about there but over all I feel, dare I say it, robbed. Sorry an all but I won't be back.

Order tonight as our usual was closed. Food was very enjoyable. Good price, good customer service. Came super quick, piping hot. Thoroughly enjoyable meal!

Waited well over an hour and a half after ordering online,So decided to call only too be told could be at least another 25 minutes,The woman seemed too not interested,Just said we are busy cancel if you wantSo cancelled and went too the chippie insteadJudgeing by the other reviews think we dodged a bullet

First time ordering... said it was going to take an hour and 20 minutes to arrive which is way longer than I’ve had to wait from any other Chinese in the past, and it still got here a bit late. Food was okay, chips were a bit dry, and nothing arrived piping hot, it was warm with some cold parts, especially the sauces from the sweet and sour chicken, and the chicken in black bean. Also found some meat jelly bits in the chicken in black bean sauce. The amount given was fine, would have been nice to have had it hot though. Hope it was actually cooked properly now 😕 guess I’ll find out in the morning. More than likely won’t bother with this Chinese again

Food tasted ok but was a shame 2 hours later when my partner looked grey and ill. Also a shame that I woke up to feel the exact same way.Rang up 111 to find out its food poisoning.Or likely to be and the only thing I ate was food from here.Well never again will I eat chinese and definitely not from here.

My 1st order was ok, food also ok. I didn't hate I liked the soup specially.I ordered next time thinking order something new. As there was some item has a description of meat, I thought they wrote only hot & sour soup just soup without any meat. I called the restaurant to know what are those meat after seeing the food she told me it's chicken and pork. I told her the menu is not complete as some has description some not, I got confused and I ordered a dish which has meat. I said I don't eat pork also not chicken specialy this circumstance she told: " just took out the pork, and eat the soup it's not a problem".Well, I guess this is my last order with them.They obiously need to edit thier menu which I don't they don't have any intension to do.

Food was ok, inside the shop is just like going back to the 70s. I will use them again

RANG TO COMPLAIN ABOUT COLD FOOD AFTER WAITING WELL OVER AN HOUR FOR DELIVERY THE DOCILE WOMAN ON THE PHONE DECIDED TO JUST PUT THE PHONE DOWN BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY! THEN FOR THE MANAGER TO COME ON THE PHONE AFTER I CALLED BACK AND TELL ME IM LYING ABOUT MY COLD FOOD AND ALSO PUT THE PHONE DOWN. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, VERY COLD, SALTY, SOGGY FOOD.
