The food here is delicious and made freshly. I love going here with my little family. The staff are lovely too

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered chicken dumplings which were raw on the inside, soggy and had no seasoning. The noodle box with beef - swimming in water, no salt or seasoning, the blandest most disgusting food I have ever received. Absolute waste of money and will never be ordering from here again.

The Food WAS AMAZING I highly recommend coming here the food is quick and the portions are just right! :)

Walked in. Took over 32 minutes to receive my food. Very slow, and unapologetic customer service. The food wasn’t worth the wait. The cost wasn’t worth the experience. There is a lot of potential but they need to get the basics right.

Updated reviewOrdered online last week, arrived at the allotted time to find that food hadn’t even been started and was going to take a further 30 mins!! Absolutely annoyed, and to top it all off, didn’t even knock anything off the bill for the inconvenience. These guys need lessons on customer service bc they are completely lacking.Food was decent, although not as good as it used to be under the old management, I find it’s hit and miss these days.Last reviewI have ordered twice recently, since it’s been under new management. The first time - the noodles were not quite right but second time - they were spot on. I really liked the new ‘special’ boxes which have chips layered with meat (we chose crispy chicken) so I ordered it again. But I got something completely different! It had rice, noodles and chips, with non-crispy chicken 🤷🏽‍♀️The customer service is sub-par, the person taking the telephone order was not very proficient, and then my food was ready 15 mins later than expected. When I mentioned it to the chef, he made a cheeky/rude comment about it instead of just apologising.Overall, I really enjoy the food and the portions are generous, so I will be ordering again. But they need to work on the customer service.

Terrible customer service! Waited over 2 hours to get our food! Kept telling us it was 5 mins away for an hour! Wouldn't even take anything off the bill, not even a fiver!! If you want speedy food and nice customer service I would reccomend going somewhere else! Not Impressed!

Firstly had to wait at least 5 mins before I was even acknowledged. The staff member was too busy having a conversation on the phone. Finally ordered a beef egg noodle dish with various vegetables, which was cooked fairly quickly, only to find that there was chicken and beef in there. I wasn’t too bothered as I like chicken, but it was clearly made mistakenly due to the staff member still having a conversation on the phone via headphones, whilst cooking our meal. What kind of service is that? I find this extremely rude.Food wasn’t too bad but lacked flavour, definitely wouldn’t go again. Now I don’t expect service of a high quality Michelin star restaurant, however I do expect to be welcoming acknowledgment and due care and attention whilst cooking.Due to this I won’t be returning. In business, delivering good service is absolutely vital, and how customers are retained...

Went today for dinner, service was amazing! Staff were so friendly. The food was amazing too, good portion of meat, as much veg as you like, and free egg! Not to mention portion size when eating in is amazing! I can’t wait to go again :)

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. IF I COULD GIVE - 5 I WOULD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Overpriced, bland, watery, undercooked and just horrible. I ordered the black bean box which consisted of 5 pieces of black beans. Ordered 4 boxes of chicken dumplings and only received 2. When I called to request a refund the apparent manager was extremely rude and defensive and ended up cutting me off. This customer service is trash and needs to learn from its mistakes instead of being defensive. Don't waste your time and money like I did (£50). I feel sick!!!!!!!

I ordered takeaway. They got my order correct which was good since alot of people give bad reviews about that. The sweet and sour sauce was not the best I've had, it has sort of a chocolatey taste. Most disappointing thing was the size of the box. The box in the picture is classified as a large. The portion size is about the same as any other £5 Chinese place but cost over £8.Overall it's not a bad place to get food from, but just a little too expensive compared to other local competitors.
