Bamboo in Lincoln

My order was delivered without rice, I rang up to let the restaurant know and they offered to send out more rice immediately. However the delivery would have taken at least 10 minutes, so I asked for a refund. The lady said she couldn’t do that and hung up. Before she hung up I heard her say to someone else that they’d made a mistake, but wouldn’t accept that my food would be cold if I waited for the rice to arrive. The order was a set meal and only cost £10.80! I’ve ordered from this restaurant several times and yet they decided to be unbelievable rude and unprofessional!

Didn’t get full order and the stuff we did get just wasn’t nice at all.

Not happy with this Chinese dint get my order right, chips were dry and the Singapore noodles were horrible and there my fav dish, rang up staff were not help full advise to try another Chinese as this one is NOT good

Went to order through just eat took payment but didn't actually take order, rang them lady on the phone lovely very helpful however an hour and a half still nothing so rang to see roughly how long oh have you still not received it oh its on its way now right OK, another half hour passes by still nothing rang again it's now 2 hours since placing the order oh I don't know why you was told its left it hasn't its leaving now right but its been two hours oh we will chuck in a bottle of coke for the inconvenience and I'm bringing it to you myself (male on phone) then arrives not by the person who said he'd deliver it no appoligy by the drive just there you go and off she trots!!! My kids then not interested because they are tired and just want to go to bed for waiting so long chips was greasy fish wasn't that great definitely won't be ordering again. Very disappointed

Food an hour late with shocking customer service on the phone. No apology from the receptionist when I called a second time to check where the food was - just attitude and a response that said “haven’t you already called to ask?”Perhaps try another local takeaway from a team who values customers.

Brilliant Chinese, we used to order regularly from here as we lived nearby. However, we moved away. To our delight Tonight we found out they were on justeat so thought we would order. Food is still as good as we remember and will order again, thank you for our free drink as well! You guys are great :) we recommend highly

Meal came with items missing. Asked to speak to manager to be told to his problem and 4 if us could have shared 1 bag if chips.Shocking, absolutely shocking!

Good vegan options! The sweet and sour vegan chicken balls taste just fantastic, but they have more options to suit different tastes.

Fantastic food! Amazing vegan food, plus meat eater loved theirs. Highly recommended, great value- always choose this one over closer ones!! Wonderful service with a smile too and very helpful staff willing to slightly change hotness in meals etc :)

I have visited Bamboo several times and each time they are very warm and welcoming. The menu is extensive with an excellent vegetarian/vegan menu; they also offer gluten free dishes. The service is excellent and the delivery is quick, the food is hot and the portion sizes are very generous. I highly reccommend this Chinese takeaway - it's the best in town!
