Costa Coffee in Lincoln

Found the staff very rude, was asking about coffee pods and was snapped at, won’t go there again

Thanking Jodie for bringing us up-liftment in our day. Such a joy to be around lovely people like her who have genuine kindness in their hearts. Top service.

Not sure why but the window tables were stacked with chairs on top when we visited at 4pm despite the cafe being advertised as open til 6pm. Could understand if it was 1/2 hr from closing but felt like we were being hurried out.

Excellent shop and staff are all awesome and friendly..very quick with the cleaning up after people have left and last but not least they make Excellent drinks 😀

Drinks were nice, made as requested. Slight problem with dialect, but all sorted in the end .

Don't normally use this coffee shop(Nero normally)Had coffee and toastie only to see toasties reduced minutes later yet i was charged full price...could of said and offered me the same price.

Not very clean. The lady got my order wrong twice, before getting in a mood and finally getting it right a third time (I only ordered a regular caramel latte, nothing special). Definitely need friendlier staff and better cleaning. I didn’t go in when it was very busy, so there’s no excuse for dirty toilets, empty plates and tissues all over the tables, etc.

Love this place. Love this coffee. Because is it city centre always a lot of people there. But this coffee it's worth to wait

Disgusting. This is the cleaner toilet of the two - the one with urine and used toilet paper all over the floor. I've been to cleaner service stations. Won't be going back.

Went back to try it again, the guy with the beard makes a damn fine cappuccino. Not overly rich which is the mistake of many coffee shops, just balanced right for the morning. Also it didn't have that slightly burnt taste you often get. I was very much impressed.
