Crown & Arrows in Lincoln

After my review below i decided to go back again and i must say food was spot on this time good portion , time from ordering excellent the halloumi fries omg the batter was most excellent , would recommend again locally.Been many times and always decent but after recent visit wasn't impressed person in front tried to order stuff two items they didn't have , I placed order i couldn't have mixed grill as no steak , but I order a steak 🤔 12 chips arrived with it and peas where cold , for nearly 12 quid , wanted two Coke zero , no Coke zero and this was at 5.30 on a Saturday

Came in for breakfast whilst our car was being serviced am currently dieting and nothing was to much trouble for them danielle was our waitress she went and measured and weighed out all my food for me and helped me with calorie counting amazing service and really nice food would definitely recommend this hungry horse

Food was really good, staff were friendly and helpful. Only criticism was that the floors and tables were a bit sticky!

Ordering simplest of drinks was impossible, having no cups available (being used on tables, not cleared quickly enough) though foods served quickly & of large, valued quantities! Clearing tables myself, providing them with cups to get drink myself was shameful & awkward, even in morning/midday 😖

I've not been here for a good while but we popped in the week for a crafty pint and we had a really nice time. The staff were very friendly and chatty and made us feel welcome. I will go back and quite possibly check the food out.

A last minute choice, having not eaten here before, I was pleasantly surprised at the portion size description & cost. All meals in party varied & all seemed to enjoy! 😀 Would recommend, but not being convenient for me to get to, I'd go again if planned/booked.

Good honest pub food at reasonable prices. 4 of 7 of us had to choose alternative though considering it was towards end of service on pne of Lincolns busiest Saturdays, no surprise to us. We all ate well, so satisfied

Supersize my Sunday Roast! Yes please 🙏 The giant Yorkshire Pudding wasn’t rock hard and the veg were steam nicely. Wasn’t bad for £14

We visited Lincolnshire and Lincoln City with family yesterday, we tried a couple of places to stop and eat but failed as things were either shut or didn't cater for vegetarians or children. This was the next place on the list. We ordered drinks at the bar, staff were very friendly and efficient. The menu had very good choices on them and some great deals! £7 for a mixed grill is fab, food was hot and very tasty! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area or visiting Lincolnshire we have added it to our list to return again 👍
