Domino's Pizza in Lincoln

Honestly I love a good domino’s, never had any issues in Gainsborough ordering I just wish I could say the same about Lincoln south, not once but twice I have found meat on my vegetarian pizza, the first time could be an honest mistake but when you read their vegetarian policy who knows, regardless I gave a second chance last week only to have the same happen again, it is ridiculous not to have a vegetarian preparation area and to say you are busy so there is a risk of contamination couldn’t believe my eyes when I read this and to say if your vegetarian let the order taker know I’m not being funny but regardless if your ordering a vegetarian pizza as a vegetarian or not there should be no meat on it at all!! I just wonder what there allergy policy is likeAnyway as I say I love a good dominos but from my perspective this store lets the team downNot to mention stating 35 minutes on the website only to be waiting an hour for delivery

Not worth buying, their pizza gave me stomach flu >:(

Absolutely jokes, ordered a pizza. It said 21/31 minutes wait on delivery, I’ve rang up 35 minutes after I placed the order to be told it’s going to take another hour yet, isn’t fair that I wasnt notified, to then have to wait 3-5 days for a refund, shocking

I ordered online at 7pm on a Saturday night for delivery, I then contacted the store at 820pm to be told my order hadn't even been cooked yet and would be another 40 minutes before it would be delivered. I then opted to collect the food only to find out when I got home that the pizzas were under cooked. I won't ever be using this store again

Placed my order and less than 45 minutes later it was delivered by Ali who was polite and courteous and read the delivery notes where I had asked them not to knock the door so it didn't wake my baby. Instead he pulled up and called me to let me know he was outside. 5* service from their delivery driver and great tasting pizza!

I waited 150 minutes. The courier gave me my two pizzas plus an empty box. I do not know why? Should I throw rubbish behind the courier? I do not recommend courier.

I ordered 2 custom pizzas, 1 side, a drink and cookies through the app, submitted all my personal details and waited as my order was being completed. After 10 minutes the app made clear the pizza was i the oven and everything was going smoothly, however after no response from when my order was being delivered and the app saying it had been delivered i was very confused, I then proceeded to ring up to ask what had happened and an explanation. The man answering the phone was rude and direct, he explained that the delivery driver had been to my address and tried communicating with my through my phone number although i had received no response from them. So he said i could get the food although it will probably be cold and offered no apologies, I reluctantly accepted due to waiting 45 minutes for the order and was very hungry. After accepting i asked the man if he could double check me phone number as he was going to make the same mistake again and realised that had written down my number wrong, after knowing this he still made no sympathies or apologies such as a simple sorry or making the pizzas again. I can accept mistakes happen especially during busy periods but I couldn't accept the way a customer had been treated like this, thanks for reading.

Ordered buy one get one free but what I got was one burnt pizza and then one with raw dough. Phoned them back told I would need to wait nearly an hour for or replacements never to arrive because they sent them to the wrong address. In the end had to argue to get my money back rather than a voucher.Disappointed and will be moaning about it to anyone who will listen.Papa johns anyone??

Absolute shocking service by Lincoln south store waited a hour for a stone cold pizza with hardly no cheese when I paid for double cheese I sent it back to receive a Totally raw in the middle pizza cheese splattered all over the box they never even bothered to cut it just literally throw it in the box I rang to complain I had waited 2 hours for pizzas I had to send back I spoke to a so called manager called AMANDA who called me a liar that it’s not raw and she accused me of messing the pizza up in the box also swearing at me in the phone ! Shocking how u can employ people with vile customer service and making these useless people managers!! Absolutely disgusting you should be ashamed of yourselves!!
