Frankie and Bennys in Lincoln

Disappointed with the restaurant. First time back since the pandemic and wasn't as good as it was before. The were unable to offer us any wholemeal pasta dishes or a soft drink they had on the menu as they dont do it anymore. I had half rack of ribs which was served with only I small cob of sweetcorn which they had forgotten to serve with it (had to ask). My partner had a gluten free carbonarar. This wasn't served with much sauce so was really dry. Prices have increased dramatically and what we had really wasn't worth the price. Once a favourite, I'm afraid to say will not be going again

We came as a last minute decision for breakfast and a table of nine and were given a warm welcome and friendly service. The waitress was attentive but not intrusive and the food came quickly and was delicious. Will definitely return.

A terrible rebuild and remodel. Used to love visiting this place for the tradition and warmly feel. Not any more like visiting a truck stop house.The food was part raw and the cups dirty as well as the staff changed and ignorant.Not the normal quality from Frankie's.Did bring this matter up with head office and the manager in store but you know its water off a ducks back.Grey and no artistic idea depressing eating here but then it does make you sick as well so grey will work with the bad food.

Had a face lift. We had a really nice meal. Well, freshly cooked with very little wait. Very helpful and friendly staff with real fast service. They now have a Vegan menu with lots of choice for both meat and non-meat dinners.

Fine food, exceptionally friendly service, but the star rating is given really for the sense of humour on the drinks list...

Everything you'd expect from frankies. This particular one has had a revamp since I last visited. It has a sleek, fresh, modern appearance now but im not sure whether I preferred the old, warmer, cosier decor as it felt more intimate. Its still lovely though regardless. I enjoy the lasagne but it should come with a bit of greenery in my opinion.

They provide a gluten free menu, but as always, the portions are smaller...The cooks rush to "cook" the food. I've ordered a dish with rice before and the outside edges was burnt and the middle uncooked.The waitresses have also brought our main over before we even finished our starters.
