Kaspa's Desserts in Lincoln

Kaspas is a great restaurant full of an endless array of delicious desserts! Service can be a bit slow at times and on occasion you’ll find waffles in particular can taste a bit underdone and eggy, but overall a really good place to have a treat and perhaps celebrate a special occasion.

I went to kaspa's for the first time.When I entered a young lady welcomed us as took us to a table then returned with menus, so I assumed that it was table service.Unfortunately it's not table service as I found out after a bit of a wait, it would have been helpful if they told you to order at the counter when they first welcomed you.Now the important bit 😁It looks a bit expensive but the portion sizes are large, all 3 of us could not finish it all and left happy and satisfied. The food was good quality and tasted fantastic, the restaurant was clean and well kept. I enjoyed my time there and will return for special occasions.

We been waiting 15 minutes to be seated there was no queue at all. When finally we get a table we went to make our order to the till. Lady at the counter called Maria was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Also high chair for my baby boy was sticky and not clean! Absolutely awful experience. AVOID this place if you can!

Yeah I mean it's OK. I'm not big on ice-cream. I went for a protein shake, they'd sold out. The service was good.Overall I don't agree with the idea of a dessert bar. But it's ok.

What a lovely experience! I was served by Debbie, who was bubbly and gave excellent customer service. Her smile and personality definitely added to the entire experience. We ordered waffles and they were delicious.

Walked in here to get a dessert at 8.30pm on a Friday night - it looked about a third full.We waited at the designated area for about 5 minutes before we were acknowledged to be told it was a 45 minute wait on food and drink. I understand they do deliveries too but that’s an absolute joke! Didn’t bother waiting.

Food was fine but one member of staff who might have been the manager, was very rude. We asked for extra Nutella as there was only a little bit on the pancake, and she started questioning as to why we wanted it. Was very short when speaking to us. Won't return.

It was my first visit and hopefully not my last. I have a love of white chocolate so decided to have the "Strawberry Indulge" , it was a waffle base with sliced strawberries, white chocolate sauce, white chocolate flakes and whipped cream, washed down with a white hot chocolate. It was gorgeous and only slightly over sweet. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the place was clean. The only downside was the wait but they were very busy.
