Legal Food in Lincoln

Decent food, fair prices. Knocked a star off due to cash only payments. That and the older woman behind the counter can be a miserable sod and quite abrupt to customers.

The food tonight was totally disgusting! Chips were cold and obviously fried twice. Pancake roll was cold. Chicken curry was lukewarm at the best. After all these years I'm sadly ordering elsewhere from now on.

Personally my favourite Chinese takeaway. Constantly decent food and not bad delivery times

Staff were so rude when we tried to ring up (180 times 3 different phones, plus tried using their live chat) to change the address as their website delivers to the default address without asking. We were told its our fault and we had to deal with it. £30 down and no Chinese. Idiots -.-, never again.

Food has always been nice but tonight they really let themselves down. Large order that they kept pushing down the priority list. Took 2 hours to arrive when we were told 45 mins. Not good enough.

Love this place. I can only vouch for the ribs, chicken chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls, pancake roll and chips as that's what we order everytime. Never had a bad one and we've used this place for years.

Waited 2 hrs for food to be delivered and when it did arrive there was no apology and it was cold. The chicken was like an old leather boot and the rest of the meal was no better tasteless and dry. Will definitely not order from here again. Never had such bad food before

Disgustingly customer service. Collected our meal and when we arrived home an item was missing. Called to tell them and they said we could come to collect it but we live 15 minutes away so the other items would be cold. They said they could deliver but it would be an hours wait. Then they agreed we would havevit added to our next meal.We then called the following week and placed our order through just eat. An hour after our order was confirmed they canceled it and would not discuss why and they still own us over 5 pounds worth of food which we paid for.We like the food but you don't treat peple like this so won't be using again. Dont recommend as very disappointed.

Ordered via just eat, got a phone call 20 minutes later (from just eat) saying my order had been cancelled because 'you're too far away' even though I'm much closer than other villages they stated they deliver to. Didn't even bother to ring me themselves! You can guarantee you'll never get my custom again

Ordered Chinese takeaway but missing items, when I contacted the Chinese they advised that they would give me the missing items for free next time I order. Phoned today to be told I could only have one of the items and nothing for free as promised, so they have kept items that I have paid for. When challenged I was then told they couldn't deliver to my area anymore. Very upset with this service as we used them a lot so they have lost a good customer, will now be going else where and telling friends and family to avoid. Very unprofessional.
