The staff have really gone above and beyond today and gone out of their way to help me. Thanks so much to all. Especially The manager - I think she’s called Vicky? and Mark. Amazing service.

I called in on Saturday and when I got to the counter downstairs to pay was met by a very nice young lady Sophia , she was very pleasant and engaging and I even got 20% off thanks to Sophia . What a credit to M&S thank you

Marks and Spencers is ok you need to spend quite sometime in there thats if you have nowhere else to go but if you got to go others places you have to go ok

We came here today for my son's school trousers. At first we could not find the right length trousers, but a lovely assistant named Janet went out of her way to help us find the right trousers and place the order. Even though she was in the middle of another job, she happy to help. If everyone was like Janet, the world would be a lovely place ! Thankyou Janet ! 😀

On Sunday 4th July around 3 pm the lady on the changing room was so helpful and such a nice lady. Well done M and S for training your staff so well.

It is open, it very clean and you can get all necessary food and clothes

Nice, polite staff. Shame during the pandemic they stop us using baskets. Walking everywhere with only a backpack and bags for four people's shopping is solely reliant on the weight being manageable to carry home (up a hill) . You can't judge that with items all in a trolley so I went elsewhere instead for most of our shopping unless I only needed one or two M&S items.

There are some lovely foods in here. The vegan range is really good too (fyi vegans: the M&S beef and onion crisps are vegan and also the most amazing crisps ever). It's a good place for a foodie treat. Only downside is it often feels cramped because of all the shoppers which stresses me out a bit, but if I find some reduced produce this makes up for it!

Expensive but high quality clothes and food. I wish they'd offer more vegan products across the entire range. Too much leather, wool and meat for my liking. Friendly, helpful staff.
