McDonald's Restaurant in Lincoln

Only 17 minutes for my table service order to finally turn up to my dirty table. It was the cleanest table available, but hadn't seen a cloth in hours. When my food did eventually arrive, it was just slammed on the table with no comment from the server or even an apology for the delay.On the plus side, at least this branch had burgers in stock, unlike the Moorland Close branch the night before.

very slow work, standing inside 20 people talking and no one working just to pass the time, people are waiting for 40 minutes for a sandwich !!! they should not be paid by the hour, but by the work done!an hour and a half waiting for a line to be made of great incompetents I have not seen

Unbelievably SLOW! Can take up to 10/15 minutes just to get a coffee.. Delivery orders take priority over restaurant guests. This is not fast food! Go to Greggs over the road. A lot quicker !!

Try to fob you off.. ordered a milkshake and was told when my order came that they couldn’t do milkshakes, so they gave me a coke instead. I enquired about the 40p surcharge you pay for a milkshake and was told I wouldn’t get a refund as they’d given me a large coke so it’s basically the same. Not really though is it? I didn’t want a large drink and wouldn’t have paid 40p for a couple sips more, I paid 40p for a milkshake. Don’t sell something if you can’t provide it 🤷‍♀️

This is a lovely place with really friendly staff. Me and my grandchildren were very pleased with the cleanliness and Michael was an excellent waiter.

The food was good, but my coffee was stone cold, like it had been sat for over an hour stone cold. I did see up to about 25 coffees sat pre prepped, which I'm pretty sure on a food standards level is illegal. By the time id finished my food and sipped the coffee, i was already too far from the restursnt to be arsed to go back for the sake of about £1.70. I've now had to go take out a mortgage on a Starbucks. Cheers!

The restaurant was very very busy when my daughter & I visited with 4 children yesterday 6/4/22. There was a wait for food so my daughter has to rush back to buy another ticket for our cars, and a really lovely lady called Janice gave each of the girls a flag to play with. I didn’t realise I was supposed to look out for my order number to come up on the screen so my daughter was surprised on her return that we hadn’t started eating! Janice overheard us and said she would get our food brought out to the table. She was so friendly and helpful. An absolute asset to your company.

5 stars for customer service but sadly I have to give my review based on the quality of the food. Otherwise the young lady that served me at the till was jolly and helpful and the food came out quickly and brought to my table.It was not up to McDonalds usual standards, the fries tasted like the oil needs replacing and they needed salting. The Big Mac was rushed together and just didn’t taste right.Tables could do with being cleaned more regularly in the 20 minutes I was in there I didn’t see one table get wiped down.
