McDonald's in Lincoln

Awful visit. Customer service none existence food was awful. Always ask for no lettuce but there was lettuce wanted large got small which I'm pleased about now due to the quality of the food. Won't be going back for sure

Typical fast food outlet, very busy. Hate the car park, so u clear where you have to go. Staff OK.

Tried to charge me for sweet chilli dip when they have been free every time I have been and the coke drink was warm and not fizzy not happy at all

McDonald's - what more can you say?Always seems to look clean, with ample parking, plenty of bins and food that is, unarguably, the best fast-food-restaurant food available.Good value for money, good service speed and would definitely return.

ITS HERE!! MAC CHICKEN !! AND THE DOUBLE ... What more do you want... shame the tills were playing up, but got there eventually. As usual staff great, always helpful and kept us informed .. when they finally got the tills working the order wasn't long coming to the table... and the complimentary Mcflurry for the little one , bribed them into a 5* rating... Best venue this end of town.. worth the extra drive to get better service than other sites owned by this company

This mcdonalds always suffers from technical difficulties in the drive through. They get the orders wrong at the first window, and a few times I've had to sit and wait for their computer system to completely restart. Another issue is that I will be often sat at one of the kiosks waiting for my order to be taken, while 5 or 6 other people breeze through the other kiosk.Dont forget the stale soggy chips if you come at any time other than lunch or tea time.Once I waited 20 minutes at the kiosk for them to take my order. This is not an exaggeration.

They robbed me ! Went on 21/2/22 through the drive thru … 3piece chicken select and 2 cheeseburgers, how hard can it be . Drove out to get home after a stressful hospital appointment only to find the 2 cheeseburgers missing from the bag . By then my wife wanted to be home (Louth) , I thought they may have missed the cheeseburgers when I ordered bu I’ve been charged for them . I called when I got home only to be fobbed off as it was my word against there’s ! Like Im going to try and con them out of £2 . Absolutely disgraceful attitude on the phone. Check your order before you you drive out and don’t let them rush you , hopefully if it costs time and money they might get it right !

Food nearly always tepid by the time you receive it. Hot chocolate often tastes more like brown hot water. Food delivery drivers are arrogant, abusive and they just park anywere they want and swear at customers.

Fine thanks. I’m sat here now having a cup of tea and updating my Google reviews while I wait. I just bought a duvet in Dunelm next door as it happens. Christmas has come a bit early to my cup for my liking though.
