My step daughter and myself visited Nandos on a Saturday lunchtime. Our details were taken at 11.30 and we requested a table for 1pm. A phone text at 12.50pm informed us that our table was ready, very good service. On our arrival we were quickly shown to our table. Served by helpful and friendly waitresses the food was excellent and cannot be faulted. Nandos is a 'must' for future visits and a big thank you to all the staff.

Went with around 8 mates and had a blast, can be really busy around peak times but if you go outside of peak times you have no wait time. Only complaint is that the sauces were really odd to use and when you tried to pour some out either only a little came out or the whole bottle did.

Great food, well priced. My mum's burger was a little cold and my mash wasn't that hot either. Not many drink choices tbh. Nandos always tastes great though.

·

My sons like their food but maybe we're too old and struggled a bit with ordering from the menu on our phone. The bowl my chips came in was dirty and the sauce bottles need a good clean too.

Just had brilliant service from Nando’s staff member oliva/ola. Ordered a takeaway and I felt the chicken livers were over cooked so called to place an other for chicken wings however Ola really looked after me and made the chicken wings herself which is probably the best ever Nando’s dish I’ve had. Ola was very understanding and done everything with a smile. One of the best customers experience I’ve received. Real asset to your business

I think it's still stupid that you can't reserve a table, even if you charged a deposit relative to the amount of people attending. For example 4 people- £20 deposit. It's not hard to set up, you turn away a lot of business with 35-40 minute waits, not saying get rid of walk-ins all together but please utilise a booking system, it isn't rocket science.

·

Was alright but I'm giving a 4* as I find it quite ridiculous that they still have no booking facility. So we find ourselves going into town an hour earlier incase we need to wait.I understand that you don't do booking facilities because people may not turn up. But .. why don't they do what they do when you're in the que, if booked a table at 6pm. You have 10 minute for your table to be reserved or you lose it. Makes no sense. Lended up going to eat elsewhere the other night as was a 45 minute wait.

·

Phoned up can I book a table? NO. OK so it's just walk in then? Yes but there may be a short wait. Arrived to be told there is a hour and a half wait. Can we wait for a table to come free? No there's a queue. But there is no people. It's a virtual queue you can book a place in it 🤔.How to loose custom in one easy lesson...

The staff were great and accomodating. The new ordering system of scanning the table number and then choosing what you want from their app is very efficient and saves time. I saw tables being turned very quickly. Impressive. The only gripes I have about this particular branch is that it was very cold in there (it was December). I and others had to keep our jackets on while eating. The building doesn't lend itself to a comfortable or cosy and private eating experience due to a very high ceiling and open plan dining area. One major issue was that the plates and bowls our food was served on were not pre-heated which made the food tepid and rapidly cooling by the time it got to our table. Very disappointing.

There is usually a long wait to be seated at busy times, though they have a good system in place to be notified when your table is ready. We were told 45mins only to get a text 20mins later (so had to very quickly finish a beer elsewhere).Nandos food is the same as the rest of the chain and is generally very nice and well cooked. On this occasion the chicken was a little cold and burger buns a bit tough, but nothing major.
