One Castle Hill Patisserie in Lincoln

Beautiful cakes, pastries, coffee & staff! Cosy place to stop after climbing the steepest hill I have ever climbed!

Polite cheerful service. Lovely spot for sitting outside. Great cakes and ice-cream to reward yourself after the walk up the hill.

We visited Lincoln for a day out with our 2 children yesterday. We stopped off for an ice cream and drinks after visiting the Castle. We were met by your very friendly and polite staff, who made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be visiting again to try some of the amazing baked goods!

Called in Lockdown as we ran errands in Lincoln today and bought tea and donuts which were a real treat - but more than this was the warmest welcome and the most wonderful chat from the guys serving us - what an absolute pleasure to be served by you - thank you for taking the time, it was so very needed today - we will be back x

Would give it zero if possible. I'm exempt from wearing face masks. I asked what they did as no menus outside. Got questioned about no mask and said I exempt. When I asked to order they refused point blankly and there was a bad attitude. Went elsewhere

Lovely friendly little place with loads of choice in the menu. We went for lunch and really enjoyed it. Great portion sizes.

Stopped by yesterday for coffee and cake so disappointed the latte tasted like it had no coffee in it the cappuccino cake was a small slice that was stale! It cost more than £13 definitely would never go again.

Pleasant surroundings, friendly service, tasty tarts and cakes. And it stays open after other tea shops have closed! (Smart business sense!).But it seems to be unknown to TripAdvisor!?

Adequate but not recommended. Order confused, coffee more cold than warm, pastries a day old, and we were only people there.

After going inside to order, we then sat outside to wait. Unfortunately whenever the servers shouted out with an order, the first person to claim that order was given it. No matter how long other people had been waiting. Would it really be that difficult to have some sort of system?
