Pizza Express in Lincoln

We visited here over the weekend and felt slightly disappointed usually it has a good vibe and feels cheery, food was and is always delicious but the staff didn't seem on the ball and we're actually having private conversations at the side of our table as we were trying to eat, not impressed with the new colours very dark. Perhaps next time it might feel different...Great pizzas.

Never felt guilty to spend more money in such a delicious food! I am a big fan of Italian food. Thank you for your amazing service.

Had a meal here last night with family. We were very well looked after by Connor. A very friendly helpful young man. Nothing was too much trouble and he was a big factor in an enjoyable evening. Thanks Connor.

Food and service great but there was some confusion around the kids meal offer and what you did or didn't get. Meant we ended up overpaying when we didn't need to. Other than that though I usually love coming to this branch of Pizza Express.

Can't say enough great things. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The waitress was so bubbly and helpful. A fantastic meal and a pleasure to be there. Definitely recommend trying this place. We will, without doubt, go there again. The place is very clean and had a comfortable family atmosphere. It was very busy but the service was of such a high standard it was a wonderfully relaxed evening which we really enjoyed. Loved it!

Quite a small place! They tried to squeeze us in right next to the counter where they prepare drinks and desserts and there were 4 of us! We asked to move. Lots of staff around but could never attract anyones attention they all seemed very busy!! The food was beautiful and quick!!

Had the most lovely evening at pizza express in Lincoln. Service was brilliant and could not fault the atmosphere. Got served by the most politest waitress and gorgeous waitress Emily !! Was super friendly and had great conversation. Was such a change to the service. And the food was brilliant too and served very quickly. Thank you ! Will definitely come again.

Probably some of the worst service ever. Having to collect our own menus because we waited 20 minutes for someone to bring them for us. By the end of the night there was two tables in the whole restaurant and we waited another 20 minutes to pay. Despite a group of waiters stood chatting behind our table completely ignoring our attempts to grab someone to pay the bill. Bad service for mediocre overpriced pizza.

Can never fault pizza express! Serves the loveliest Italian food with quick service and friendly employees.
