Pizza Hut in Lincoln

What can I say, this pizza hut was such a brilliant experience. The manager was super friendly and approachable. The pizza was spot on, the ice cream factory reminds me of a ice cream van before the 99p flake was labeled a brand. With the ability to pick and choose any toppings. Parking is free after 6pm. And parking is plenty! Loved it!

The staff in this pizza hut are next level. Great attitudes and super friendly. Would take my lad back, who is always open to chewing their ears off and they make him feel listened to, time and time again.

Absolutely horrible experience, incredibly rude waitress. If you want a pizza hut I recommend either ordering a takeout or going to another branch. Make me not want to eat food at all all in all horrible experience

On the food as always it was great and the refill drinks worked, but please bring back normal Pepsi please.Parking is easy and there is reasonable access for disabled please but some help might be required.

First time visiting and this was a very well worth visit. The location is brilliant and plenty of parking.Greeted with a smile by Carley, who was amazing throughout our visit and also the following day for our collection order. Excellent service by the young lady she made us feel welcomed. Overall all the staff were great.Food was great and arrived quickly.Will visit again the next time we visit Lincoln.Keep up the good work.

Food alright, though on the whole pizza went cold quicker than expected. On every encounter one member of staff came across as incredibly rude to myself and my family. Whereas another member of staff was lovely, helpful, positive and spread her energy.

I visited here last night with my daughter. The young lady who welcomed us was lovely. She took us to a table and explained how to order and to ask if we needed any help.We did struggle to order using my blue light discount but the young lady was very helpful.The service through out was great, the good arrived in good time, hot and tasted lovelyThank you for making our visit a nice one

Wanted four topping, create your own type, pizza (2 x pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese). Pizza arrived luke warm in the middle, very uncooked looking with hardly any cheese. Sent it back to be cooked and was told the extra cheese was under the pepperoni (it was not). Very disappointed and despite telling the waitress no-one seemed bothered 🤷😔

It’s been a year since i’ve been to pizza hut, was disappointed on entry, staff instructions unclear and couldn’t understand a word said. Not only that but we had to order online which was a faff, depersonalising and antisocial, and they asked for a tip! A tip implies that you have had service and are happy with it. We were initially served some ‘nachos’ which may as well have been cardboard. The salad bar was underwhelming with less to offer than previous experiences in addition, there was a hair in the sweetcorn. Absolutely vile! 🤢 The pizzas when they arrived were not hot and visually unappealing. They were dry and tasted as though they had been made 2 weeks in advance. By contrast, the Hawaiian pizza was really good. Overall, the experience was inadequate and we will not be visiting again!

Staff were really friendly, Covid conscious and helpfulFood was delicious and affordable. Had a great time
